Ordered a few accessories for my Weber BBQ on Wednesday. My order was almost immediately acknowledged, an hour or so later I got an email saying the items were shipped and I got them Thursday. I ordered some webber BBQ tools and a tool holder. They arrived within a few days, however the tool holder had been taken out of its box, and wrapped in blaxk plastic. part of the box had been ripped off. So was not even able to stick it back together. It was purchaced as a gift and had to be given without a box. I would not have purchaced the item in a shop with the box so would not expect it to be sent like that. The other items were fine. However will not be ordering from this company again.
