Great service and product with amazing follow up service

Great team great products - I did have a bit of a grumble about the way the team communicates. I walked in there looking for a baggy pair of jeans for comfort. I was told one model would be the model I was looking for - then found out the vintage one was baggier, but it was too late- the model they recommended was already being prepared. I had to ask a lot of questions to get info on the products, it felt a bit like pulling teeth. I think the team need to sit down and figure out what they really need the client to know in order for the client to make the right decisions when buying. What info do they need to communicate, short and sharp, to every client ? It’s not like they have a complicated range, but it shouldn’t be up to the client to try and piece the story of their brand and priducts together. Otherwise like the concept, like the jeans. Didn’t walk out with the product I wanted though.

If you are a raw denim enthusiast this is the place to shop! Their staff are also extremely helpful and responsive if you have any questions while shopping online during the pandemic. Great store!

Not only is the quality of Blackhorse Lane's craftsmanship absolutely superb, their customer service is truly second to none. Following a mishap with the delivery company that was no fault of theirs, Wil and Annie were above and beyond in communication and even went so far as to send another pair of jeans in good faith. I could not recommend BLA more highly, and it really makes wearing their jeans even more satisfying knowing that the money spent goes to support such a worthwhile business (one might say that cash spent on BLA goes towards a good outfit... Ha ha). Get their jeans, they're well good.

I received my e8 jeans from Black horse Lane very quickly after placing my order. The quality is outstanding, and the fit is great. They have also begun to mold to my body after the first seven - right wears. I look forward to wearing these jeans for many years to come. Would recommend, without question.

The only improvement I could suggest is to allow customers to try the jeans first with a standard leg length and then allow a free return to get them adjusted if necessary. If you’re paying £200 for a pair of jeans you need to be absolutely sure that they fit before you get them customised.
