Their offer of free lifetime repairs proves their belief in the product and leaves me confident of many years of wear. Furthermore, the shop experience was second to none. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They were not pushy and made the experience thoroughly worthwhile. Highly Recommend.

I visited the store in Kings Cross and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to spend time with you and answer all your questions, no matter how stupid. They are so passionate about their craft and it shows. It's a big purchase so you would hope all of that to be true. I visited the store a couple of times, purchasing a pair of jeans on the second visit. The first time they guy that we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. The second time he was still all those things, but his charisma and personality seemed a bit flatter, which was a shame. In any case, the jeans are incredible. Worth every penny. They adjusted them to fit my leg length while I waited and were helpful explaining potential shrinkage. I love the jeans.
