As a customer for the past 4 years, my gas meter is located in the garden at the back of my house, so its necessary for me to take a monthly reading and call the customer team with this reading. The staff are unfailingly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They are a credit to their company and at a time where most response,s are by machines, its a refreshing & welcome change. Ireland | 06 March 2024Long time customer of 18 years plus, since my gas bill has become extortionate, my method of paying €40/50 off my bill every week is not good enough for them anymore. So in the last few months they are harassing me calling me constantly asking when am I going to pay my bill. I am paying my bill, I am constantly paying every week. I just can't pay it all up front the day I get the bill like you want. So now I get a call asking when am I intending to pay then constant calls every week asking when is is being paid in full. You get your money, just not as quick as you'd like. They obviously think if they annoy me enough I'll go direct debit, which I won't. Stop harassing me.
