Ireland | 02 January 2025If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Billing date was set to day before pay day so no money in the bills account which was my fault so I emailed asking could they change the date. I just assumed it was done but apparently they don’t respond or action emails?? The next month the same thing happened and I was charged €46 fee for missing the payment. Contacted them again by email and no one responded until I said I wanted to make a complaint and of course they respond then!! To advise I’ll receive an acknowledgment from the complaints team with 5 DAYS! 3 weeks later I email again to ask where my acknowledgment is and I was advised they have 20 days to respond to me! Why advise you will respond in 5 days?? I’ve worked in customer service for years and moved from Energia to these 3 months ago and cannot believe the horrific customer service. Once I get my €46 back I’m getting away from this crowd

Absolute joke
