Excellent service

The application process was simple and fast and I was able to correspond with a person via phone and email which was straightforward and easy (unlike many big banks) however the advertised rates seem to be quite hard to achieve as even with hood serviceability and a decent credit score I was not able to negotiate a rate as low as what was advertised.

Alex bank sorted everything with no issues, was great to deal with.

Honestly even though I bank primarily with one of the big 4s, by far this bank is the best in terms of speed, quality and service. If they ever branched out beyond personal loans, i'm a customer for life. Big banks need to learn a thing or two here!
