Applied for a personal loan with the big Banks and had to give your whole family tree history, with all the bull included,and 😡believe it or not nearly a month for a small personal loan, Then came upon Alex bank and yes this is where I absolutely say the truth , in 2 days the money was in my Account.that is from start to finish yes 2 days amazing. 5 stars and highly recommended 👍👍👍. it is a great product with no account keeping fees. The guys tell you exactly what your rate is and the repayment. Do note that your credit rating is reflective of what is being offered even though you can afford to repay the loan within 1 year (to keep interest at a minimum), Just keep that in mind.

Great support and communication throughout process. Very prompt responses to all queries and staff were always available on phone and email at any stage to answer questions. By far the easiest to deal with in my experience - definitely recommend to anyone looking for a loan.

I was sceptical at first, to get a loan off a company I had not heard of until the Canstar review, but quickly realised I had nothing to worry about. The process to apply was easy and I had an offer in a short period, 1 day from memory. I did not immediately accept the offer, as I rang Alex and was able to talk to someone locally that gladly assisted with my queries. Within a few days of first applying, the money was in my account and regular payments for the loan were coming out the following week. I was so pleased with the service that when my car lease was finished, and I needed to pay the balloon, I applied for another loan through Alex. This time they range me (again someone locally) to discuss adding this additional value to my existing loan, which made it so simple.
