United States | 26 January 2020Wonderful apartment, great location... the very comfortable, well appointed space was quiet and relaxing. The management staff was always prompt, courteous and very helpful (making airport transportation arrangements, and organizing an early arrival into the apartment, along with a delayed departure) and were available, when the need arose, throughout our stay. We highly recommend Home from Home and this terrific apartment.

France | 26 January 2020Really liked the 2 bed/2 bathroom apt. in Kensington we rented. It suited us very well, and the location, which we know well, is perfect. We were somewhat surprised though that there was no actual "meet & greet"--that the keys were simply handed over to us by the driver who picked us up from Heathrow. No phone contact at all to make sure all was well, although we did have a couple of phone conversations with the office when we had power issues (resolved).

Very untrustworthy administration service where they do not do what they say they are going to do. A real let down after a great stay.

The apartment location was excellent but the apartment needs 2 new couches immediatly as they are dilapidated. Other than that all went very good. More soap and paper inn bathrooms was needed as well.

As usual, the company was very easy to work with, communicated clearly with us and met us as scheduled on arrival in London. The property we stayed in this visit was unfortunately a little tired and in need of renovations. I would not give the flat the same rating. The location was good.

United States | 16 November 2019Our rental is called Rabbit Row. It is very charming. There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One thing a future renter should be aware of is one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has no windows. There is a skylight to the patio above but it does not open and therefore the room is very very stuffy. No cross ventilation. They did have two portable fans in the room but none of them worked. We stayed in a cool month so it was not too terrible...just uncomfortable. Other than that it was charming and the location was terrific. Just a short walk to Nottingham Gate tube.

Canada | 11 November 2019The flat was great as usual - but the errors in the accounting were beyond words - I had asked that an e-mail be sent when anything was being put on my credit card needless that to say that did not happen and consequently we got charged twice - and still to this date you put a credit on my card but did not advise me - it gets sorted out in the end but causes hassles, The pick up at the airport was an hour late - and after a night flight from Toronto we were pretty tired - it caused us a lot of aggravation. We have been using your services for more years than I care to remember and this was the first time that we had all these issues with your company.

United States | 10 November 2019I had not heard of HFH before, but their reviews were good and they had so many flats to choose from. So we decided to try them. It all ran rather well from the office personnel to the driver who picked me up at the airport. My flight arrived earlier than scheduled. When I called Cyril, he had a driver there within 15 minutes. The driver took me to the apartment, let me in, made sure all was good and gave me the keys. The apartment was all that pictures showed it to be. The location was perfect. The view behind us, was of Holland Park. Kensington High Street was a block away. Coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants were a short walk. There was a 10 minute walk to the tube on Kensington High Street and a 12 minute walk to the one on the other side of Holland Park. This apartment made our stay simple and easy. It worked very well for our family.

The office staff is diligent, quick to respond and extremely helpful. Our deposits have been promptly returned. We prefer our own apartment to a hotel room, so cost is probably worthwhile.

United States | 05 November 2019I always rent from Home from Home when I am in London. They have nice homes that are centrally located and the homes are always clean, comfortable and well equipped. We rented the High Street Kensington property this year and it was so convenient to everything. The tube, While Foods and M&S was a 2 min walk from apartment. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift but it was not a problem. The stairs are not a difficult climb even with groceries. The team at HFH are always extremely helpful, responsive, and organized right down to our taxi rides to and from Heathrow. They make everything so comfortable and welcoming! We will be back again on our next trip to London.
