The apartment was centrally located and really awesome, we felt so English! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants to visit London, England.

The flat was spacious, clean, wi fi fast. The laundry and linens clean and fresh. Service from Home from Home was efficient 24/7. They made our stay in London comfortable. We would use Home from Home again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Our stay was great in a high quality residence and very central to our itinerary destinations. We had a problem with a taxi one of the days but this was nothing to do with Home from Home. I would not hesitate to recommend Home from Home to all my friends back in the states.

United States | 26 November 2017I am a repeat customer of HfH, so I have had mainly positive experiences in the past. On our last 19-day stay we had a malfunctioning clothes washer and a 5-day project to replace all common-area carpets in the building. The dysfunctional clothes washer made it impossible to dry clothes - this was mentioned in the materials in the flat, so it was a known problem. The hastily scheduled carpet replacement job could not be helped according to the owner. However, after all this, and a 19 day rental and repeat business, we were charged for a 4 hour late checkout which we found annoying given there was no one coming into the flat the next day. HfH would have demonstrated better business judgment by being flexible and granting us the 4 hour late checkout gratis after our extended stay and the troubles we encountered.

This year we are gonna stay in that same property again, and we have paid FULLY for it. However after the payment has been done, the email communication with the staff from HFH has been tremendously changing. They are usually very responsive in returning my emails, but then I haven't got any reply from them for my last email. It's been over a week and I've resent the email just in case the first one hasn't reached them. The last email is consisting of things that I'd like them to take care of regarding the property (the cleaning stuff and household things), based on our last experience staying there. Where are they, when I am waiting for their reply and confirmation of my few requests ? Now that I have paid them FULLY, I can only 'pray' that things are going to be 'smooth' during our next coming stay...😌

The flat is always left as we left it, so its easy to come back to after having rented the flat out for three months over the summer. I would absolutely recommend Home from Home as a rental company

I choose to use them instead of another rental service such as AirBnb or Homeaway because, as a single woman, I like having a company available to help me if there are any issues. Highly recommend!

United States | 13 November 2017We had a very good experience with Home from Home, while renting a flat in July 2016. The flat was as described, financial details clear, and the company arranged for airport pickups too. We also asked for two sets of keys, and they were provided when we arrived. Our only major issue was an in-flat water heater that kept malfunctioning, so that our group of four was suddenly left without hot water on about half of the days of our stay. Our contact at Home from Home did work to get the owner to fix the heater, but it took a number of visits from two different maintenance men to resolve the problem, and it was never made clear to us what had happened exactly. It was not the kind of inconvenience that would prevent us from renting again. However, all four of us shared the experience of starting a shower and suddenly realizing that the hot water wasn't working.

The apartment itself had two very nice bathrooms, one nice bedroom and one so tiny you could not walk between the twin beds. One twin bed broke the first night and the dryer broke the last night. the bed was fIxed by a friendly handyman two days later. the kitchen waS excellent, the livingroom furniture tired and old. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and found staff helpful and courteous when we had problems.
