I’ve stayed in many Home from Home flats. All have been located in wonderful neighborhoods, very well appointed, clean and well cared for.

Spain | 16 May 2018No problems at all. Taxi waiting at LHW - straight to flat in Knightsbridge. Everything clean and tidy. Much better than staying at a hotel. All staff very courteous and polite. Taxi service highly recommended.

Singapore | 14 May 2018The accomodation was fine , albeit expensive, but I think there could be some improvements for Home from Home: - there are some issues with paying by debit card. some payments were accepted one was not - after which I received a rather unfriendly email - they require a deposit which is refunded about 10 days after departure - i recieved an email after our stay semi-accusing us of damage. when I rebutted they told me by reply that's okay the owner says the damage was there already !

They did respond to every call for help but that flat with non working appliances a totally unacceptable bed and many other problems should never have been on the market. Unless Home from Home responds to our complaints we will obviously never use again and will bad mouth to every contact we have.

It was very good to receive a pickup at the airport when we arrived . The house was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 and there were several appliances to make our life easier amd to make us feel like we were at home . I would definitely recommend renting their appartments .

There was a lot of noise at night, sometimes to 2 a.m. We sent various comments on the flat to Home from Home, but they never responded. Also, we had to send a reminder, three weeks after we got home, to have our security deposit refunded.

They always answered our emails In a timely manner, and were friendly and responded to our questions clearly . During our stay, they were also very responsive when we contacted them about a minor issue, and are easy to get a hold of. The driver they sent from the airport worked out very well, and he made it easier to check in , by carrying our heaviest bags, showing us around the apartment, and answering questions. The apartment was just as presented on the website. It was in a good location and was very comfortable. I would recommend booking with Home from Home to anyone.

United States | 04 February 2018Simple, professional service to use. Found one of their London apts on AirBnB after scouring hundreds of apts that fit our filtering criteria. Inexpensive and reliable pickup and delivery is their coup de grace. We’ve spent about 8 months in the UK during the past two years, and in future I’ll check their site before AirBnB to save the dozens of hours it’s taken me to find a perfect place at a good value through AirBnB. Their welcome kits are a bit ratty, but this was the only negative thing I could think of.

I wanted to show her the side of the city I had known growing up, especially during the magical Christmas season. The flat at 6 Berkeley Gardens was ideally situated between Kensington High Street and NottingHill, a stone's throw from the Museums, shops, Albert Hall, Gardens plus the buses and tube to everywhere else were just minutes away. The facilities and space in the flat were exactly as presented on the HfH site, comfortable, well furnished and provisioned to meet all our needs, we really did feel at home! All dealings with the company were conducted smoothly and efficiently, and taking advantage of their airport taxi service enhanced our arrival and departure arrangements. We always found everyone at the company polite, pleasant and efficient, really a five star experience. I look forward to my next visit to the greatest City in the world with Home from Home and will certainly recommend their services to family and friends.
