Rapid delivery and great item

Great communications, The stands are easy to but together and very sturdy and solid. Running cables very easy even got the power leads to run inside for the tv speakers’s (bit tight).

Ordered a television stand on the 8th September 2024, one month later still awaiting delivery. No replies from numerous emails and no phone number to call. Not happy

The goods were not delivered and i had to go to the parcel depot to collect goods. Also your support E-Mail does not support as 2 x E-Mails were sent to yourselfs requesting update but alas no response.

I have not received my order when will it arrive

Starting to wonder if this company is legit or a scam. Haven’t received delivery or any update on it being delivered 2 weeks after paying. Have sent numerous emails which have all been ignored despite the website stating 3-5 business days for delivery. Even a response to say has been a delay would have been nice. Appalling service and no number to contact. View might change if get an update but certainly would recommend avoiding as things stand

Prompt delivery but two parts missing and very poor instruction details. A very mixed feeling overall.

Very easy to use website and after some research I found exactly what I was looking for. The item was delivered quickly and absolutely over the moon with the product,no issues whatsoever. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

The company itself is very good it's ashame they use yodel as there delivery company, my item was dispatched to them within 24hrs, had a text from Yodel to say it would be delivered 2 days later, I tracked it with only 1 stop away they took it back to the depot, same the next day to finally be delivered on the 4th day.... Yodel let you down unfortunately but the item I bought I love it

Fast and efficient delivery, quality TV tripod , great design and well made . 55 inch TV looks fantastic , like a picture on an easel . Easy to put together, instructions are simple to follow . Everyone says how great it looks in the room.
