I love my bed. I can't wake up in the morning as the bed is comfortable

We were very pleased with the men that came. They arrived fine and early and did a sterling job.

The odour from the mattress is lasting long it makes me feel sick ..I feel as though it pushes me down to the side ..I still have hip pain I bought a mattress overlay to see if it made a difference but it's not

Persistently cold calling my elderly parents! They have repeatedly been told to stop and remove the number from their list but haven't. My parents have cold call screening and are registered with TPS which they ignore. I was there one evening and answered two calls less than twenty minutes apart from this company. Very pushy salesman who wouldn't listen to my "no's". Absolutely unbelievable!! Avoid!!

Great service by the shop staff. Delivery on time and completed installation of the bed in good time. All rubbish taken away. Helpful and professional job and demo given for controls etc..Very pleased. Great service and would recommend. X

Very good customer support . From the first when the agent came to my house to discuss which chair I would like and calmly went through all the options ( no pressure at all )The girls that phoned about delivery options very polite and helpful. The two man delivery team who assembled the chair placed it exactly where I wanted it and explained how to work it. Also follow up phone call to see if everything was ok. Excellent!!!!!!

Chair ordered easily and delivery was when expected. Very efficient delivery and executed well even though it was on the first floor. Very happy with all aspects of the chair for comfort and motion action helping me to get out easily. Very good service all round

I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the equipment and how it will benefit the user. I was given all the answers I needed. Moreso, this was done through face to face talking and followed by demonstration. Tha equipment arrived safely and everything was intact and I was also given further information regarding how to operate it. I wand to express my gratitude for the professional customer care support I received throughout the transaction. I am happy with the performance of the equipment.

Excellent friendly reception staff and sales man , everything was explained clearly. The two delivery and fitters were quick and friendly, explained the working of the bed clearly.

Prompt timely delivery of two new mattresses for our Adjustamatic bed purchased in 1996. Drivers were courteous and very helpful. Took a few days to get used to the new mattresses, but now very pleased and sleeping well.
