I've called several times and no answer. you're phone system has been messed up, option 2 didn't work. The people seem nice but maybe over worked or not enough staff, not sure. Communications for this second account have been poor from the group. 3 years ago, when I set up my first account the customer service was awsome, it seeme to have declined. but all said, I am a happy customer. you provide a great service and the founder is wonderful with all the information he provides. I have been a poster boy foor your company, telling everyone about your company, but I don't think anyone has taken the plunge yet. I hope they do.

I opened my account in 2019 super rapidly in order to secure a purchase contract for a property outside of the USA. Thankfully, the IRA Financial person helping me, Maria Esposito, was super efficient and attentive to the process making it all move quickly and efficiently. Then a couple months ago I needed further documentation related to the same transaction and found myself with Maria again. My CPA advised me to open a SEP IRA 72 hours before the IRS deadline. The IRA Financial team got me set up on their expedited set up plan and I transferred money in the acct in less than 36 hours. Their customer service has been fantastic and being able to tax-defer large chunk of income into a self-directed fund is going to be a great vehicle for me.
