I have watched several of Adam’s uTube videos, and appreciate the straight forward info. I often use that as a starting place for seeking information from other places. The staff are unfailing courteous and helpful. I appreciate the fact that it’s difficult to know everything about every different si5uation, and they occasionally say they will double check with a supervisor and email a definitive answer back, if need be. Just had that happen, and received a confirming email within 24 hours.

United States | 24 November 2023Since IRA Financial Group became a larger company (now called IRA Financial), I feel it has become not just twice as expensive (although to be fair, it's still not a horrible fee), but much less personalized. I used to be able to easily email or call the same contact person to ask questions or resolve issues, but now I deal with a Department and whoever happens to be there at the time. Everyone's been nice, but... I began with a detailed letter describing my needs and questions, but after going through additional document submissions (to update records and receive account numbers), the instructions for the next step were not aligned with my initial letter. I guess some original details were missed, as the case was handled over time, by different people. I had truly hoped to get sound legal advice on my endeavor, but it kind of went sideways. Just dropped the whole thing for now, and will see what my bank associated with my self-directed 401k will say and do.
