United States | 10 January 2025I had concluded that the concept of excellent customer service had gone out the window. These days, I have to check myself out of many retail stores and markets, bag my own purchases, and look up my own account - fill in my own details...all under the umbrella of quick - efficient processing. Though there is a time and a place for these options, not all of us are equiped....or quick at doing these things for various reasons. Sometimes, we need a live person who can translate what we need to the right people. Nancy Ventura did just that. I have been an IRA Financial client for several years now and I still don't really know exactly who to go to and for what. I'm in the middle of a real estate transaction which requires me to take a distribution from my account. I thought I was doing the right thing by making sure I had completed all the correct forms to process my request. Upon following up, it turns out part of my request went to one area to process and the other went somewhere else...Nancy literally walked over to ensure the right people had my request and that I get verified so that I could get my distribution in time. She then called me to followup and make sure everything was taken care of. THIS IS A FIRST!!! and I so appreciate it. Thank you Nancy.
