I signed up to a 30 day free trail to see if they had a book I wanted by Peter V Brett but they didn't do I wanted to cancel, but there is no option to do this. I have emailed them and waiting on reply. They also took £1.06 out of my account, I know it's not much but just think how much they will make when they do this to everyone who signs up for a FREE 30 day trial. I alright got a warning saying their site was not secure, not when I signed up, when I sent back in to try and cancel this subscription

FRADULENT CHARGES!!! BEWARE!!! Company charged my 3 months of charges under an email I had never heard of. Once I brought this to their attention, they REFUSED to refund the fraudulent charges. RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR BUSNESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Did not know this site existed but I am very glad I know it does exist now!! So many books, so many choices, I don't know where to start! And, it's not just books to read, but you can also listen to audiobooks, learn a new language, and listen to your favorite podcast! I highly recommend All You Can Books for all of your reading and listening needs and wants!!

Too early to tell.

I just started a free trial subscription and there is no way you can cancel. No reply from help email. This is a scam - do not subscribe. I am currently speaking to Santander to stop funds leaving my account at the end of the 30 day trial period and have already contacted the Financial Ombudsman.

This company is a scam. No way to cancel reoccurring monthly charge for a wildly misrepresented catalog of books.

Dreadful!! Like others are saying.. they falsely advertise books on Google but when you sign up (for which you have to first buy a subscription) you find those books are not actually in their catalogue. Then there is seemingly nowhere to cancel your account. I reached out to their support by email shortly after subscribing, realising they were falsely advertising, to request a refund and to cancel my account. I received no response to my question. 3 months later I was still being charged. Still no response other than template irrelevant emails from them but eventually came across a Reddit thread where people had found you can type the word cancel after the URL to reach the cancellation page (obvious - I don’t think so!) I finally managed to cancel my ongoing subscription but they refuse to refund me. I’m just getting seemingly templates and antagonising customer-blaming responses rejecting my request.

Great great app!! With so many different titles and genres. I just googled apps for reading books, and this was the 2nd one to pop up.

Terrible terrible terrible! 1) I couldn’t check what books they offer access to before signing up so I signed up assuming I will find what I’m after. I found none that I like! 2) Cancellation process was horrific. They make it super complicated for you to cancel. 3) Service when trying to cancel is terrible. They have no consumer focus and are only after your money. I hate writing negative comments but my experience was horrific and I had to share it.

This is by far one of the worst e-book site. I couldn't find too many good books. I searched "James Patterson" who has written dozens of books, and I couldn't find even one. I want to cancel the trial, but couldn't see it in the App or website. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

You can keep all downloads even if you cancel after trial!

What made my experience great was the ease of signing up and being able to download as many books as I can within the 30-day trial period.
