I ordered a rug in a 2X3. I got a call a few days later and the employee said that they didn't have that rug in stock in that size and they would send me a larger one at the same price. The area I needed it for a bigger one wouldn't work. I said that I had a rug "bookmarked" to purchase after I got this one and was pleased with the quality. I asked if I could have that one instead. They honored their promise, it arrived very quickly and am happy with it. I am getting ready to order one to replace the one I picked out for the smaller size. I have already recommended this company and will do again. I sure wish all companies still have this good of customer service. Thanks for a great experience.

Saw a groupon for 60% off a rug at another site. Found one I liked and searched to see if it was available any where else for less. Found it on this site for much less than the original 60% off. Ordering was easy as pie!

This rug is very glamorous and it is made of wool, not synthetics. I am redoing my boudoir and this rug is the just the thing to set it off. Also it came in just the size I needed. Most of them are 6 by 9, which I cant use. This comes in a 5 by 8 - perfect.

I found the rug I wanted in a store, but they didn't have the size I wanted, so I looked online and found the style and size I wanted at RugsHQ.com. Other online stores were out of stock, and WAY more expensive (close to $200 more for the SAME rug!). I chatted with a salesperson online, who was very helpful, and just placed my order--can't wait for my new rug to come in!!!

I found out my order would be delayed or cancelled because of a backorder. It took me awhile to respond, so it was cancelled. However, I was warned and have since, reordered.
