I searched several sites for the "Goa" rug I wanted after originally falling in love with it at a furniture store where I couldnt afford their "retail" prices. The discounted prices over Labor Day weekend put this high school quality rug within my budget. I must say that it was very hard to not get distracted by the many other beautiful rugs they have on the site and stick to my original vision for the room. The great shopping experience was rounded out by speedy and free delivery by Fedex. I truly couldn't ask for more.

I ordered twice from this company. The ordering process was easy and I got good email communication from them regarding my shipment which was sent out fairly quickly. They advertised a free rug pad with your order, but I didn't receive it when my first item arrived. I contacted them about it through email and they sent a timely response. This was after I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone. One thing to note is do not call their toll free number as you will be on hold forever and still not get a live representative. I waited 15 minutes and no one live came on the phone. They ended up sending me the free rug pad as advertised and also sent an additional one for the second purchase that I made. The quality of the rugs was very nice, no problems with my order. Their prices are lower than the competition and if you use a coupon code, you can save even more money for the same item, and get a complimentary rug pad. Can't beat that. Overall, I am pleased with my purchases, and would recommend this company for your rug purchases.
