Would be 5 stars if not for the delivery waits, have ordered 3 times and every time delivery has not been next day despite my orders qualifying for next day delivery through dpd, other than that a great service with great products, would recommend as products excellent, just dont expect next day delivery,

I ordered Vol. 1 & 2 on Saturday, got a discount for buying both together and the arrived on Monday morning. Good times. Looking forward to getting busy in the kitchen.

I purchased both of the Misty recipe volumes with herbs and spices omg 😳 It’s the best I can’t imagine buying another jar of curry sauce. Never again

I live in France so expected some delay. All my Christmas presents arrived from the UK with the exception of this one ordered from Spicy Joes. I contacted them after 2 weeks, I was told They’d sent it on the 11th Nov, very strange as I didn’t actually order until the 14th? After explaining it was a Christmas present Nigel agreed a replacement would be sent this time using DPD, I messaged for a tracking number on five separate occasions in a two week period, no reply and the parcel didn’t arrive yet again. I didn’t want to hassle the guy over Christmas so left it until after. December 28th I sent multiple messages on different platforms and eventually received a reply. To be fair he was very apologetic and issued me a full refund immediately, as gesture of goodwill he said he’d send it again using DPD and would send me the tracking details the following day, this was 28th December, still no tracking number or package and again he’s ignoring my messages.

Update - communication made personally with full apology and a promise to rectify non-delivery ASAP. Will update again upon delivery. Placed and confirmed order on 20th December and now 2nd January and no communication on any possible delivery date and have emailed info address 4 times with no acknowledgment. Feel let down on this as a response to email is minimum expectation.

I had few issues in the beginning but all come good in the end. I just want to add that Misty's Indian curry at home Volume 1 and 2 are so much better in book form than I expected and really pleased with them.

Absolute 5 star service! After Royal Mail took over 10 working days to deliver a first class package, a replacement was sent out next day so my husband wasn’t disappointed on his birthday! Helpful, friendly and reliable! Books and spices are brilliant! Thank you

Items took nearly two weeks to arrive... I filled in the website contact form after 8 days asking where my items were, nobody replied.. When the products finally showed up one of the packs was missing Star Anise! I certainly will not be using Spicy Joe’s in the future.

A wonderful wide variety of spices and blends with something for everyone. Impeccable delivery service and the items are well packaged. Shall definitely be shopping again!

Can't fault anything.Excellent customer service with a beyond and above attitude to fulfilling my requests for items which were not listed on the website, even down to a personal delivery. Spices and mixes are fresh, well packaged and are all I require for my culinary needs. Would recommend

Ordered a box full of spices, it did take a week to arrive which ultimately is not too bad as I had took advantage of the free postage over £15 offer. The spice selection is fab, unfortunately one of the spices (garlic salt) had opened inside the box and spilt all over the other tubs of spices. This caused all of the tubs in the box to be sticky with the residue of the garlic salt, which I had to individually wash outside of each tub to try and clean them from the sticky residue which got everywhere! Which in turn blurred the labels and was a general inconvenience I would rather not have had to do. Whilst I do understand transit damage can happen, I reached out to let Nigel know and he went above and beyond what I would say customer service is about, and replaced the garlic salt and even sent a couple of extra spice mixes for free - good old fashioned customer service! I have recommended Spicy Joes to my friends and family - there is nothing better than having a 'go to' set of spices when making a curry! Will 100% use again 5 Stars!

Excellent service . Quick delivery, quality product with spices much fresher than buying supermarkets and much better price. Big range. Can’t say enough good things ... if you like seasoning in your cooking as I do then this is a great place to shop.
