Great service, from the excellent showroom to the on time delivery.

Delivery information was great with all the notifications but the drivers were useless and not helpful at all, left my young daughter to carry in all the heavy doors !!

Great product. However the delivery man was extremely unhelpful and rude. He dumped six heavy doors outside the gate and refused to bring them nearer to the door. My wife and daughter took the delivery and struggled for half an hour transporting the doors into the house.

Supplier forgot to organise the delivery of the order but JB Kind we’re so quick to deliver when queried with supplier. The doors are absolutely gorgeous with not even a blemish on any one of them, they are perfect. They are heavy, sturdy, robust. The delivery person was informative, polite and organised. When he rang the bell he’d already had the doors outside for me to bring in, delivered with care. So happy with the experience! And doors are gobsmackingly gorgeous… I might need more of them!

Doors very good quality and value for money and very quick easy delivery

I have purchased doors from this company twice this year, in June and September buying 15 doors in total, 14 Tigress doors in Oak and one Modena Oak Glazed door. On both occasions the delivery drivers have been fantastic, putting the doors into my garage for me and not requiring any help. My only concern is that the Tigress doors are only wrapped up in thin plastic which was torn at the edges and exposing the doors to damage. One of my doors was slightly marked at the edge and unfortunately although I checked everything on delivery as best as I was able to the mark was not apparent until after the door had been hung. The other issue I have is the IT system the company use. In June I had to decline a proposed delivery date, offered to me over the telephone but the delivery driver still turned up ! Yesterday 5 September I received 14 separate emails and 14 separate text messages to inform me of the todays delivery. JB Kind have since explained to me why this happened which is appreciated. The new doors are transforming the look of my home and had it not been for the issues above I would have given 6 stars. I would definitely buy from JB Kind again.

This company is fraudulent they took thousands of pounds from me in MAY 2022 and today AUGUST 28th I still haven’t got my doors : dove and Trent oak doors they still have not supplied them. I live without doors which has caused our family to not be able to have people stay over as there is no privacy ..this company is the worst supplier in my self build journey they don’t have any service policy stay away from them.
