No issues with ordering and delivery but very disappointed with the quality of the door. The exterior door was prefinished in white. This was almost like painted hardboard and some tore off when using a door wedge. Not the quality or durability expected at this price. Apologies that I didn't mention the door type. As I was asked to comment on my order I had assumed that it would appear under the door reviews. It was a 2XG Clear glazed Extreme Tricoya External Door (E2XG1P2PG) at a cost of £477.37, which is advertised as having a 10 year guarantee. The Tricoya appears to be a 6mm veneer of MDF like material which has no mechanical strength. Just moving the door on a door wedge caused this material to tear. This is not what I expect from a near £500 door nor what I consider to be of merchantable quality.

Had a great experience awaiting delivery of JB Kind Doors. They have a service that sends directly to your email, informing you of dispatch, date and time of arrival and even when the doors have arrived. Our customer was anxious to get these fitted and also welcomed the updates I was able to provide via their fantastic service.

I received my order of 3 doors on Thursday morning at 7.30am. The fire door arrived damaged and the driver took this away, after having to argue with him that I could not use the door (according to him it was a long way to come for a damaged door) and advised he would contact the office and arrange another delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday as they are in Scotland every week. No response from JB Kind apart from falsified paperwork claiming the order was delivered at 7.03am (30 mins earlier than it was) and claiming a POD for all 3 doors. This is untrue as I had only signed the document for 2 doors which I have a copy of. Will now need to raise the issue with Trading Standards and my credit card company to have my money returned.

Absolutely terrible service as still waiting for delivery 7 weeks on and they won’t return my emails or calls or give me a refund having repeatedly asked for a delivery date. They work with Building Supplies online which have also ignored my emails and request for refunds. They even delivered the wrong sizes then when rang yo inform them I was told they knew when they sent them but had not made any effort to inform me or change the order. Having given my phone number they refuse to call me to sort it out. I have had tradesmen in 3 separate days only to have to pay them without doors to hang. Disgusting practice with nobody wiling to take ownership and to rectify these issues. Stay well clear. I am making a formal complaint to trading standards and the ombudsman as I still haven’t had my refund having sent several emails with not so much as a reply.. Cowboy business at its worst.

Really pleased with the quality of my doors. Received excellent service from JB Kind and there partners. Delivered on time as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Worth every penny, and I am glad I chose this company.

Brilliant service and quality product. We had to wait for our special sizes of glazed pair Thames Oak doors but it was more than worth the wait. We ordered 13 doors in total including 11 standard solid doors and a pair of glazed doors. They all arrived well packaged, pre-finished and have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. Would happily recommend.

Ordered 18 doors (via Door Superstore) from J B Kind. The doors were delivered promptly and fabulous and in perfect condition. Well made and nicely finished. They look fantastic!

The Door is heavy for the swivel kit, joiner got frustrated making it work. had to cancell the whole concept of Bifold door. went with the single flap opening door.

We ordered some doors from a competitor earlier this year and were very disappointed with the delivery service. Tried JB Kind and were really impressed with the quality and delivery of our cottage doors - they arrived ahead of schedule but I was kept informed throughout. Delivery driver was professional - uniformed, polite and placed doors into house which was much appreciated.

I’ve bought 13 doors from JB Kind via Doorsuperstore following a visit to the showroom at their factory. Their staff have been helpful and knowledgeable at every stage from showroom to delivery to after sales service. An initial problem with Doorsuperstore was quickly resolved without affecting the delivery date. A door damaged in transit was swiftly replaced despite being outside the normal timescale. The doors are reasonably priced. attractive, well made with a good ‘heft’

Recently purchased 6 internal solid oak doors and a ledge and brace gate at J B Kind doors . Super pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of the doors are superb, even the carpenter commented how nice they were.They look fantastic and have really made a difference to the house 🏠 highly recommend them, very happy Jan Johnson
