Quality doors, good service and good communication from the driver. I've been a carpenter for nearly 20 years and bought these for my own house. I will definitely point future customers towards JB kind. Not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for.

Placed order via Buildworld for 3 doors. Two were correct width but the third was too wide and did not match the order. Unfortunately we didn’t check within 14 days so Buildworld refused to accept any responsibility or pay any compensation. Had to order a new door with £48 delivery charges and they refused to refund even the delivery charge.

Company kept us informed at all times when our delivery as to when our order was to be expected Driver was very friendly and helpful couldn't have met a more pleasant person at that time in the morning

I ordered wrong thickness doors .I thought I'd ordered 35mm when intact I apparently ordered 44mm . When I contacted jbk all I got was. Well you ordered 44mm so there will be a 40% re stocking charge 40% is a ridiculous amount .

The worst customer service very rude and do not call back when promised on a number of occasions. Please purchase else where

We phoned for a set of French internal doors. We were told they weren't in stock. However the lady, sorry we can't remember her name, was extremely helpful and because of her help we purchased another set very similar. The doors were delivered this morning at 7.30, exactly as the driver had said. We were kept up to date throughout. Extremely quick and efficient delivery, the driver was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again. .

We purchased 4 internal doors through Vibrant Doors. The whole experience with both companies was excellent - great customer service, quick delivery (6 working days) updated at every stage of the order and a very pleasant delivery driver. Would recommend both JB Kind and Vibrant Doors. Our experience could not have been more different to our initial attempt to buy these doors from Sethcodoors who after 6 weeks of messing us about we had to cancel the order and demand a refund.
