Door arrived in good time with good communications throughout the morning on delivery. Delivery driver was pleasant. Looks like a good solid wooden gate. Not on the fence yet so can comment further but would definitely use the company again.

I have used JB Kind for several projects and always found them very efficient and especially if you need doors in bespoke sizes. Their delivery service is excellent too with good communication prior to delivery so you don’t have to have someone wait around all day.

Great company to deal with. We actually ordered through Door Giant but they came from JB Kind. The transport department were particularly helpful.

Delivery within window advise People who delivered took door to site for me nice guys thank you. Unpacked 'Aria Primed Door' looked good being used for a Barn Door not fitted yet taking time as do not want to mess up (DIY pensioner)

The service from Toolstation was simple and delivered on time. The company supplying the door for Toolstation to distribute should have simply access to installation details and limitations to what can be done to the door! Ie how much material tolerances can be removed! And simply being able to down load the certification certificate like I can from other suppliers. I emailed the company asking for this and no reply which was disappointing considering this should be a must to provide evidence of the door I have chosen to use.

Received door a few days after being told out of stock which was a pleasant surprise.Was kept informed throughout process.Delivery was well within time given and driver was really helpful.Door undamaged but a bit more protection would have made me a happier. Door still to be hung,along with others,as joiner is first class and so very busy. Happy with quality of door and service provided.

Review One week ago these Sepelle doors were supplied by JW. Champion. They were delivered today by Rob Winson who was very helpful and pleasant. Terry at JB Kind Doors Ltd set up the order. Everyone I have delt with 10/10! I have cancelled my order with my local Builders merchant, order placed 3 months ago! Highly recommend these two companies. The doors are great the delivery chap was great, what I dont get is the communication first Im told the 12th so I stay in no doors, then Im told the 17th & then the 18th very poor practise on someones part

2 doors ordered through Wayfair, delivered by JB Kind. We were updated throughout via text msgs, delivery slot was confirmed and adhered to (even in snowy conditions). Friendly, helpful driver. Doors were appropriately packaged - no damage.

Delivery instructions were not followed, even when explicitly made clear. The doors I ordered look nothing like they do in the pictures and are, as such, unusable. Doors need more protection in transport. I will see if I can get a refund.
