From placing the order to receiving the doors, we found the service just perfect. Tina handled our order and kept us informed at all times regarding the delivery. I really liked the live tracking of the delivery too, it helped to make sure we were at home to take the delivery. Really impressed and would obviously recommend.

Delivery slot meant I had to be up at 5.30 to be sure I was on site for 6.30am. Driver then said they’d never deliver before 7.30 to residential. Doors were flawed and poor quality compared to similar. Response from JB Kind was ‘it’s a cheap door and you should paint it’ my experience is that JB Kind have a reputation that is not matched by their customer service Thankfully I bought through a company who understand customer service and have sourced replacements for me from an alternative supplier, whilst attempting to get refund from JB Kind. Ref response below, What point advising a 6.30am delivery slot which they have no intention of meeting. Most retailers sell these doors as suitable for all finishes, and I specifically purchased to varnish. So JB Kind may wish to better inform their retailers. The doors were not just not to my taste, but had crease lines, so a manufacturing flaw. Thankfully the retailer is dealing with all this and has supplied superb quality doors from LPD Doors which will look fabulous once installed in our 70's home.

Contact made by driver first by text, then by phone. Delivery was kerbside, but driver carried the door up a short drive to my property. Excellent service.

We’re so pleased with our new door it’s just as it looked online and the quality is really good . Driver delivered on time and was friendly helpful and courteous , we couldn’t have asked for more . I wouldn’t hesitate to use JBKind in the future as the door was real value for money .

Delivery on time but drver wouldnt help with doors in to hall way of my house my husband has serious lung condition so couldnt help, my daughter had to carry 3 doors.In email said drver may require help if heavy NOT THAT HE CANT HELP, dread to think if delvery was to elderly person on their own.
