If you have had windows installed by this company in the last 6 months, you will not get the FENSA certificate they have promised you. BEWARE! They have had their FENSA registration cancelled and have not registered installations done this year with FENSA. They are still advertising as FENSA registered but they are not. FENSA have confirmed the certificates they are promising are not real.

Unfortunately one of the windows was the wrong size so job cannot be completed until a replacement is made otherwise I would have given 5 stars as I had absolutely no complaints about quality or service Jason was prompt , efficient , friendly , never stopped until the job was done and kept me in the loop about the error with the window ( not his fault ) . Great job Jason , thank you . I have already recommended WYW to a neighbour .

Efficient and pleasant service. Good communication too; when there was a delay in my door manufacture they made contact and rescheduled promptly. Fitting was quick and efficient by two of the nicest guys. Definitely a 5*service who I would unreservedly recommend.

From my initial contact through to the fitting, the communication and service was excellent. The order was completed promptly and the installation was completed with minimum noise and no mess.

West Yorkshire Windows were great all the way down the chain from Eric in sales, Kingsley in building/surveying management to Dawn in customer service. The builders/electricians and plasterers all did a great job on our extention, right down to the finest detail and kept in touch all the way and kept to the time scale. And any problems we had ( which you do with a new build), Dawn in customer service sorted it out straight away 👌🏻 great work 5⭐️

We had a very slight issue with a window after 5 years, one phone call and I had an appointment for an engineer to call and put it right. He arrived on time and soon sorted, leaving all clean, thanks Richard.

Full process from booking an appointment for a designer to come round to door being installed was very smooth. Employees at WYW are extremely nice and cheery, very good with communication. Door installation was extremely quick - only took a couple of hours and was a very well done. The employee who installed was great - extremely helpful and excellent at their job. The door is not only functional, but is also very pleasing to the eye. Second time buying a door with this company, the first having been nearly 20 years ago and we only just had to replace it now - great value.
