Had all our windows done in November,did a good job quickly and no mess.Very pleased. Noticed a fault in the glass on the kitchen window when the sun shone on it in May. Got in touch and they changed it no problem. One happy customer 😀

Our doors had faded in sections from West Yorkshire Windows. Phoned Dawn sent pictures off and she confirmed we could have the slabs replaced. Richard came out to do the job and he was brilliant we want to adopt him. Dawn was great to speak to on the phone and sorted everything out for us. Top company to deal with when something went wrong.

Every person that came to my house to work were excellent. The workmanship was good. Any snags were dealt with straight away. The matched the bricks perfect to my existing bungalow. My block paving was put back and matched perfectly. The drive was swept and hosed. Can’t fault them

I had my Orangery and extension work done in October 2018. At the time when work was completed I was really pleased and our house was tranformed into an exceptional space where we spend a lot of our time as a family. Recently I had an issue where I thought a slight leak maybe the cause of some dripping noise I could hear at the back of my new extension. As the installation work carried out came with a 10 year warranty, I contacted West Yorkshire Windows and they promptly arranged for one of their inspectors to come out and having done so I was reassured that the cause of this issue maybe something else and that there were no problems within the orangery and my new extension. In dealing with my issue about this matter I felt their staff were very professional and helpful and I received very good after care service. Thank you

French Doors to balcony were not closing properly. Wind and rain blowing in. The fitter adjusted the doors, lifting them up and sealing the door. Excellent result.

The two lads in the team were speedy, efficient, and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Experienced and excellent problem solving over a couple of issues. Nothing seemed to challenge them really and they complemented each other perfectly, whilst remaining friendly and humorous on occasions . Prompt arrival at 8am both mornings and on the job 5 minutes later. Tidied up well afterwards, and kept us fully informed throughout the job. Would have them back tomorrow, so a team WYW need to keep on their books ,and recognize them as an asset to the company.

I’ve had WYW for two projects now and have been 100% satisfied on both occasions . They say what they do on their ‘ Tin’ all crews were friendly and professional and the finished project exceeded my expectations .

Do not trust this company! This is brand new and look at it! Not tied into the house and major defects inc the drain not even connected. The company has not even finished and failed two turn up to fit a window just contestant lies. Left a customer who has cancer and a pregnant wife in an unsafe house with a boarded up window for to weeks! Update: your all the same company and it’s yourself that been out! Not even a sorry by phone! This was build is that bad and unsafe it had to be knocked down and started again! the customer team is a waste of space, instead of salting sorry it’s and I quote “ our driver could be in a accident” we’re actual you don’t have a clue and full of lies to get customers off the phone and then don’t call back!

Friendly and helpful contact, appointment offered at convenient time and with little delay. Engineer arrived on time and quickly resolved all issues.

From initial call to home visit was very fast! We knew exactly what we wanted. We were visited by their senior design consultant CARL FARRER who was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to put together a 3D drawing for us on the spot, thus enabling us to see our design and make changes to it! All aspects of the proposed build were discussed from local council rules to groundwork to weather effects, finance and customer after care. The full itemised price was provided the following day,! Absolutely fantastic service from the enquiry to the installation. The installation guys where lovely and respectful of my property and explained what they were doing each step og the way. Will use them again and have recommended the cmpany to my friends and family.

This is the second time I have had to leave a terrible review of west yorkshire windows my back door which was only fitted on the 28th February is sticking again it took last time emails which largely when unanswered phone calls to get it sorted as a gesture of good will I removed the bad reviews I left It's happened again the door is sticking and we are having to really bang it to shut up does customer service at West yorkshire windows care no they do not yet again I am fobbed off and let down after sales service is a big joke

From the beginning everybody I have come across has been polite, friendly and professional. Jase and Rob turned up on time to fit the windows and I am very pleased with the work they carried out, even cleaning up after themselves. Would not hesitate to use them again.

From first contact about my issue WY Windows made sure I was kept informed of the status. On arrival of the fitter he was pleasant , efficient and clean working . Could not fault the service. Very pleased
