Conservatory recently finished and we are really pleased with the outcome. The complete team of workmen/fitters were excellent from start to finish. Certain members of the Installation Team were very helpful (especially Dawn) and informative with any queries/issues we had with regards to the building of our new conservatory more so now that the build has finally completed. Big thanks to Dawn in Installations, Nick, Dave and Richard who done the base work, Damien and Dan for the fitting, the Electrician and the Plasterers and finally, a big thank you to Andy who finished off. They are all very experienced and answered any questions I had. Furthermore, thank you to Mark Armitage in Sales for the quotation he provided us wirh to enable us to have a conservatory added to our property. I would certainly certainly use West Yorkshire Windows again however the office staff do need to be better organised.

Recently had windows and doors fitted. Can't recommend enough. Fitters were lovely guys, who were very clean and tidy, and very quick. They covered all carpets and once finished, the walls were all perfect (inside and out), you wouldn't have known they had been! Thanks to all involved. Surveyor was great, Hayley in the office kept us up to date and fitters obviously. A great job from start to finish. Thanks!!

Beautiful doors!! So happy with everything, brilliant customer service, I’m so happy with my doors! They took away my old doors which saved me having to sort and they left no mess. Can’t recommend them enough 🙂

Good quality windows and doors. Required a slight adjustment to front and patio doors after a 6 months use reported this to customer service and next day a fitter was here. Fantastic guy no mess no fuss job completed in 20mins. Would recommend this company to anyone

I had all my windows fitted at my property. The men Colin and Robbie were so professional and kept me informed during the whole process. I had to get my little girl from school as she was poorly and when I came back they said her room was all done and it had been cleaned so she can get to her bed etc. At the end they spent ages cleaning everything outside and inside afterwards too. My windows look fabulous! Thanks so much! Will definitely be recommending these guys and this company to friends and family. Really competitive prices too compared to other quotes I had gotten beforehand.

Nice windows expertly fitted with no mess

Would not recommend West Yorkshire Windows, this is how our door was left for almost 2 weeks after making the door incorrect 3 times ( yes 3 times ) the customer service is shocking. We had to physically go down to the showroom on more then one occasion because phone calls was never returned. I personally had to go to the manufacturer myself who makes the doors for West Yorkshire Windows because we could never get any straight answers from the installation team at West Yorkshire Windows.We asked Gary (operations director)7 times at the office to phone us to explain what when wrong but still awaiting a call back! We are looking at new windows and a conservatory next year but will definitely not be returning to this company!

Lintels installed by a very good builder who did a very tidy and professional job. Window fitters arrived ten minutes after the builders had left and within an hour or so the two new windows had been installed. New windows were installed with no problems and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion.

From start to finish a very professional and customer focused service. Would recommend to anybody.

Friendly and fast response

I’ve had my orangery built 4/5 years now and one of the handles on a window stopped working properly ie couldn’t open the window, rang West Yorkshire Windows and spoke with Customer Service’s, lady called Dawn. I told her my problem and she said that they can sort it but unfortunately the handles are not covered under the warranty, not a problem but I need a new one, because of the length of time we’d had it in Dawn said they might be a very slight change that it could be a different. I said I’d unscrew the handle and bring it down to see if the had one in stock, but I couldn’t unscrew one of the screws because it was behind the locked down position handle for security reasons, Dawn asked a window fitter at their premises and together they helped me get it off, with guidance. I took it down and Dawn gave me a similar handle to put back on that worked, so I could open and close the window until the other handle arrived, so came home fitted handle back on window took a minute. It took around 2/3 weeks for the new one to arrive, Dawn rang and asked me to collect it, ( I could put it back on myself after they had told me what to do last time ) but they would have done it for me if I couldn’t have done it. I arranged a time to go collect it and again asked Dawn the cost of the new handle and because I’d had a bit of a problem with getting it off in the first place Dawn told me that on this occasion there was no charge, which I thought Was very nice of them. I’m still very impressed with my orangery and live in it constantly, the build quality is great, and if a problem arises West Yorkshire Windows are there for myself and all their customers. Thanks again WYW and Dawn of course in customer service.

The fitter turned up on time and and made an excellent job of the fitting. The only difficulty we had was paying you,It took a long time to to get through to your office to actually pay you. All our windows and doors have been fitted by WY windows. We would highly recommend this firm. BD
