I have used this company before for windows and just had a new door too. Product are great and the fitters are exceptional. No damage to plasterwork or decoration at all, clean and tidy up after themselves. Polite and reliable. I highly recommend.

Shambles of a company, too many negatives to mention, They are now taking me to court for none payment…. None payment as you haven’t finished the job, you haven’t sent the so called 10 year fensa certificate And the efficiency of the new roof is worse than the old Roof… See you in court Absolute disgusting company And don’t even respond with the absolute rubbish about replacements Roofs don’t come with a cert…I have all supporting emails, I look forward to seeing you in court to discuss when you are actually going to finish the job Never mind the reasons why you have instructed court to get involved as you say the job is complete…

The fitters for my new front door were very efficient quick,tidy workers,just got on with the job,was a very cold day,but after a cuppa,were so quick,wish I had known about the firm would have got them for my back door too.

We were pleased by the whole process from start to finish. After exploring the different options for replacing 5 windows we were given sufficient time to settle on the best deal for us. The surveying & installation processes were carried out very professionally giving a final visual appearance we required. It was achieved in a matter of a few weeks at a very competitive cost. This was the second occasion of using this company and we would recommend them to anyone.

Great team from initial consultation with Sam to replace our upvc windows, to organising fitting, to completion today by Rob and Jase who also did a great job tidying up! All very professional.

Had a slight problem with a door not shutting properly - sent a quick polite email to customer services asking them to look at it for us. Sent someone out within a couple of days - they even called us to see if they could come earlier! Problem solved and sorted within 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Called West Yorkshire windows about having a solid roof replacement for our conservatory. Carl came round and spent a couple of hours going over all the options and did a fantastic plan so we could see exactly what it would look like. We would have no hesitation in recommending them as the customer service was excellent.
