No pushy sales tactics and the sales team were helpful throughout their process from first visit to signing the order. The estimator was very professional and respectful to our home while finalising the sizes of the windows to the brick work. The installation team were on site for three days in this time they were very respectful to our home.They kept us informed of which windows were being fitted on which day and talked through any installation requirements as they came up. There was a production issue with one frame and a pain of glass cracked as it was installed. WYW promptly replaced the components within two weeks to complete the install. We had a customer agent throughout the process who kept us informed of the key dates which made the process simple and straight forward. With such professional service throughout I would use and recommend WYW. Thank you all for a great job done.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2024Fixing a small leak in Window seal that allowed water ingress. The service engineers discovered that a small gap in the sealant allowed water to penetrate between the window frame and the reveal/steel lintel. This was fixed in about 10 minutes. West Yorkshire Windows have provided Double Glazing, Doors, French Windows, Cladding and Roofline installation during the past ten years. The standard of workmanship has been excellent as has their response to minor defects.

Since this has come to light they will not except any responsibility whatsoever when it comes to the repair, I now have rising damp withing the conservatory and living room walls along with a £3800 water bill. Their aftercare is non existent and so much for their so called 20 year guarantee! I spent £23000 on the conservatory and now I'm having to enter a legal battle against them. Anyone considering these cowboys for home improvement works I'd think again! Absolutely shocking!

Contacted West Yorkshire Windows and Richard came out, he took the glass sealed unit out and checked all inside but there was no water collecting inside. He re-sealed inside the unit before replacing the glass back into the frame. Very pleased with work done by Richard, always does a thorough job.

My 10 year warranty had expired 2 days before I reported a failed glazing unit, despite being out of warranty, a unit was replaced FOC and the customer service I received was nothing but outstanding from Dawn and Richard, the engineer This level of service is rare and I will never go anywhere else for any future windows, doors etc that I may require.

If you don’t hound the office you will hear nothing from the company and they will just twiddle their thumbs on the matter until they can be bothered! 3. They will also make you feel like they have done nothing wrong and therefore the customer is in the wrong and no apology or compensation is needed. Our story below: Was given an install date for our three new windows and they only turned up with one. No prior warning advising this would be the case, in fact I was told 2 days before that everything was due to go ahead as planned. I did not get a call until the guys installing the one window had been on site an hour to tell me that only one window would be fitted as they had no idea where the other two windows were. It took hounding the office the entire day to eventually get an answer that our remaining two windows needed to be remade. This was a week ago, we are still waiting for these windows. The one window that has been installed is also not the correct window to what we agreed, the sales agent has changed the design without our consent. A complaint was made with the company as they know we are sleeping with a newborn baby in the living room due to broken bedroom window latches and needing the new windows installing asap. The complaints manager has failed to call me back regarding my complaint and when I speak to other members of the office they are failing to take any responsibility for the issues we have received. Unless you want a hard time, use another company
