United Kingdom | 12 February 2025Lebara is a really good network. But, I had one of the worst customer service. I've requested for the Proof of Usage for mobile insurance on Tuesday (Feb 4th). But, I haven't received it and more over they been giving misinformation from customer service team end. And taking everything for granted even after dailing and raising same issue multiple times. It's over 1week since I requested for Proof of Usage. Update: I've got my Proof of Usage from Lebara within after posting a review on Trsutpilot. Also received a compensation and case handler mentioned he gonna make sure it doesn't repeat with another customer. Thank-you
