Spoke to a lebara operator this morning and what a fabulous, helpful, polite and knowledgeable young lady she was, her name is Sangeeta. I've called a few times last year, and was disappointed, but this lady in my opinion should be promoted to management and given a job were she trains newcomers to lebara, then if Lebara have all their staff like Sangeeta, you would probably reach the sky. If I had a company, I would steal her from you, she's exceptional. Good luck to you Sangeeta !!!!

I find these reviews questionable and highly likely to be fake. I switched to Lebara three weeks ago and reported a 5G network issue on the very first day (CAS-2121721-V6T5F3). To date, there has been no update on my complaint. How can a company with such poor standards have a review score of 4.7? Moreover, a quick search reveals that many other customers are experiencing similar 5G network issues. Update: 13 Feb 2025 Complaint CAS-2121721-V6T5F3 remains unresolved despite my weekly follow-ups since January 24, 2025. Additionally, calls are being disconnected mid-conversation. Whenever I escalate the issue to customer service, I receive the same standard response—that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours—yet weeks have passed with no progress. From my most recent conversation, it’s clear that Lebara has not even successfully escalated the matter to Vodafone. Switching to Lebara was a huge mistake, and I will be contacting the Communications Ombudsman to seek a resolution.
