I am very disappointed with the outcome of the fire at the Plainview location. We were inconvenienced with having our belongings moved to the Valley Stream location, with no plan to have us moved back to Plainview after repairs are made.

Cesar is always friendly and helpful anytime I come to the facility. Any questions or concerns I have he always is quick in response and knowledgeable with answers.

Employees are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend you to family and friends. Establishment is very clean.

My Second time renting out a Storage , the staff was very nice show me my Storage told me what was the best opinion and I can say it’s very very clean.

The customer service associate was unprofessional and their service skills weren’t the best. She sat on her phone and ignored me for 10-15 minutes and then said she wouldn’t be able to help me because they were closing. I had to call out of work and pay an extra day for the UHaul I had. I came the next day and the storage unit had glass all over the floor. I paid for the first two months half off and really it was 3 days and a month because she started the contract at the end of the month instead of charging us for the first. But the deal and price was good storage unit was spacious.

The place is very clean and the manager is very friendly.

Staff is friendly and the building is clean - the issue is you only offer 4 carts to borrow for the huge facility.

Bring back a live representative. The automated service is crap! There is now trash everywhere and open storage doors everywhere. Not having a real person on the grounds anymore is giving me reason to rethink my storage needs w your company.
