Loved the folks here, the facility is clean and tidy and without smells (lookin’ at you public storage mildew problems) and the promotional time is so helpful. Rondo is so very helpful and fun to talk with, very personable!

Great experience from start to finish

There employee are respectful and kind . They are willing to help. The place is always clean . They answer all questions you have . They take time to explain everything to you . They have cameras so I feel safe when entering and leaving building.

Lourd was very thorough in explaining the different unit sizes and the month's specials. He was very professional and courteous with not just me but to the other customers that entered the building.

The facility was extremely clean, well air conditioned, and felt safe every time I needed to go, even after dark. The staff were helpful and kind. This was the best storage unit I’ve used to date and will definitely use again if the need arises.

Happy it is open from 7-7 Washrooms are clean (Toilets could use a good scrubbing) Soap dispensers could use an update. Most times they are empty. Place is well lit and very clean. I do feel safe inside when workingl my stall.

Your staff, especially Luis. His associate is great too. Very clean and nice shaped units. We were able to put in your 10x10 what Tom a 10x20 at Public storage! Grrr

Deal with them at your own risk ..my experience was with the Jamaica location on liberty ave .. they are very deceptive . If it is your first time putting things in storage make sure you ask what are all the added fees.. because they will give u one fee .. until it’s time to sign your contact .. make sure u mention the current promotion .. if not they will not add to your account … & will give you a hard time to give u the promotion ..beware if u don’t pay your bill by the 6th they add a 20%late fee .. and u have to pay the whole month .. there is no prorating storage …. None of this was explained to me ..beware of deceptive practices

Absolutely amazing experience. The workers here is phenomenal. The cleanness here is top tier. Everyone needs a raise here honestly. Thank everyone so much this experience was one of the best feelings I had in a very long time

Great staff

1. Ramp from parking lot to sliding doors for entry into building with rolling cart is positioned in a way that makes access very difficult. Extremely poorly designed. 2. In order to trigger automatic lighting in aisle where my space is located I have to walk 3/4 the distance of the opposite aisle for the switch to activate the lighting near my space.

Moving is always stressful. Thanks for making it a low stress, convenience experience! ( love the handy dandy hand trucks!)

Many of the features at the facility is great and the storage price is ok. However the fact of the initial rate is for a period of time only and if any payments are late or not paid.

I came back because this is the best storage! Clean friendly staff. They really do care for people.
