I am going to do a complete resto. So a decent amount of money will be spent. Well, I ordered one piece axles to begin. When I receive them they are bolt in not press in. No where in the description explains this. No bigggie I call to return maybe exchange. I was treated with the worst customer service. I have ever had. This making me not want to continue business. They want to still charge me for shipping fees back and a restocking fee. When it wasn’t even the product I desired. I wanted press in studs. It’s really frustrating when you want a specific item and there are no detailed specifics. Just photos that you can’t see. So you just assume. As I was saying I would have exchanged hit the customer service was terrible and I will not be doing any business in the future. Yet they still want to charge 20% restocking fee with items that, did I mention were damaged when I received them and packaging. As well as me shipping them back. Do not do business. This is just a third party company that outsources they items from other companies.

Man, I really wish I had checked the reviews before I decided to do business with this place over Quadratrec. I thought it would be good karma to help a smaller business - HUGE mistake!! I ordered a top for my YJ and everything went fine with the delivery but when I went to install the top, I discovered that my Jeep had been vandalized. It was already a "project" vehicle and with all the tires and seats slashed, it was no longer worth hanging onto so I got rid of it. All 3 pieces of the top are still in the factory-sealed boxes, never opened, and I figured I could just return them pretty easily. I was prepared to have to pay for the return shipping, no big deal. However, here's what happened: some kid on the phone told me that Morris doesn't deal with this stuff and I was dealing with Bestop directly - which explained why I couldn't find any info for Morris on the packing slips. He said he could forward something along and get me return shipping labels but that they were going to charge a 20% restocking fee. First of all, if I was dealing directly with Bestop the whole time, what the ---- did I need Morris for? 2nd, I've been in shipping and receiving for almost 15 years and to charge a restocking fee for unopened boxes is absolutely absurd. Especially in today's market with the hassle-free return policies of Amazon, Wal-mart, Costco, and most major retailers. How on earth is Morris still in business???? And 3rd, when I finally got my email with the return labels, not only was I responsible for the return freight charges, but the "restocking fee" was over 35%! Gimme a GD break! I could go stand out on a street corner and sell it at less of a loss. So not only will I never do business with Morris again, but I will never ever give a smaller business the benefit of the doubt again, I'll just join the millions helping Jeff Bezos take over the planet. Anybody who treats their customers this way deserves to go under. Congratulations on successfully ripping off a homeless combat veteran trying to get back on his feet, guys. Real classy.

I placed an order yesterday for an Omix carb, for a CJ2A L head engine. I immediately started to get pop up ads on my computer screen, for Morris 4X4. I went to e mail right away, to cancel our order and opted out of e mails. I called customer service, this morning to verify my cancellation. I was put on hold, while I got an e mail, saying that my order, was indeed cancelled. Customer service didn't get back on the phone. I got home from the shop, to receive an e mail, that the order has shipped. Now I have a carb, that they have told me, that they will charge me for a return, due to my reason for returning it. This company has no regard, for customer service. There are plenty of other options, out there. We could have bought it from Amazon.

What year will it ship? I ordered multiple parts to repair my sway bar disconnect from a jeep expert. The expert I was on line with was “new” and I had to explain what I needed several times. The ARB compressor arrived damaged and the rest of the parts arrived over a total of 5 months… November thru April. I’m lucky they at least arrived. I ordered 1 rocker switch and received 2, billed for both and this is after being cancelled. I’ve deleted Morris Jeep from my phone and Do NOT order from here! Quadratec and NorthRidge ROCK!!!

Spent over 2,300 hundred dollars on bestop seats and hardware package arrived sporadically with different parts in different shipments, thats fine at least it got to me. However I was promised 3 gift cards for 50$ each, its why I chose this company over Quadratech, I only received one possibly because Fed-Ex only issued one shipping number. A whole lot of back and forth yielded no results. This company spams your e-mail with what they think are clever little ads, they ship with fed-ex (which is terrible) and they use gimmicks to get your business. Stick with Quadratech or 4wd hardware and avoid their bs.

Don't believe them they will not honor there price match looking at a lot of the reviews looks like a class action law suit I was going to spend as much as 5,000.00 to fix this old jeep up still going to but not with them.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Website said A/C control was for my jeep. No mention that if you had hardtop you needed a different part. Caught it myself before it shipped. The customer service rep I spoke with said it might be too late to stop this shipment but assured me they would make the return easy and would ship the right one which was over 100.00 more. I agreed to the payment of the new part and was given shipment numbers for both orders. They sent me two of the wrong controllers and none of the shipment or order numbers match. Won't answer customer service call so now on to Better Business Bureau and credit card company to resolve. I will never do business with them agian and you have been warned.

Likely fraudulent operation. Sent me phony fedex ship number after a month indicating shipment from in state nearby. Label created never shipped. Followed up by phone and was told the supplier's shipment was stopped by customs and had to be re-shipped. OK, then why did I get a phony domestic fedex tracking number? This is a fake operation until proven otherwise, trying to get money in hand and hold. BEWARE. Luckily I used PayPal and revoked payment.

Don't order anything from them. Ordered a kit they had and it didn't say it was out of stock but it was, ordered a set of lockouts and it didn't say it was out of stock but it was and they kept changing the date and changing the date. Why the hell try to sell parts you don't even have and apparently can't get.

I was going to buy a set of 5 wheels but when I clicked to buy the discount I was promised by the salesman wouldn't apply. Blatant bait and switch. Then the DAILY sales emails started to bombard my inbox! I've become completely unimpressed by this company. Unsubscribe means nothing to them so I was forced to block them. buy buy buy buy buy buy just annoys like a mosquito you can't slap. I now think of Morris 4x4 like a used car dealership. Congrats *now please hold for the fake corporate response--->

I made an order on the 8th of January, it is now the 23rd of March and still haven’t received my parts. Almost 3 months to ship products that should have been sent a week after purchase. I’ll never buy from Morris again, stay away!

Ordered a fitted fuel line for my 1964 Willy's Jeep. Line from tank to pump that was sent was not correct. It took 4 days to get a return set up, and only happened because I called and waited online for 20 minutes. No response to email request for return. On top of all that, charged me a restocking fee and shipping fee. Will never do business with this company again.

I purchase a set of seat covers, and the color didn't match the picture. Now I have to pay 20% restock. This company is about scamming customers. STAY AWAY. I would give them zero stars if I could.I'm done one and done with Morris 4x4

I purchased a liftkit November 26 and was promptly charged for my purchase that would not ship for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks the kit shipped but Fedex lost the package. After waiting 2 weeks for Fedex I contacted Morris4x4, waited 25min. for customer service to tell them I was submitting a lost package claim.(The shipper is supposed to make the claim) Fedex denied the claim went back to Morris 4x4 support again where I was offered a 20% charge restocking fee for the part I had recieved that complements the part I never recieved. 62 days later I was refunded for the kit after a 3rd customer support contact and I have a $60 part I don't need. stay away

This is pretty much the same as the rest of the one star reviews...ordered a part...site said it was in stock...then one day later out of stock...kept getting the run around about covid and supply chains...shipping window passed...they are false advertisers...and i need approval for a refund from the manufacturer...get outta here with that caca de toro...I WOULD ADVISE YOU GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY FOR JEEP PARTS...like quadratec or 4 wheel parts...any place but here...my local dealer will have my ac and heater control unit by this monday the 7th of february...and no i shouldnt have to wait out a delay because moris 4x4 center cant get thier caca together.

Well, I am still waiting on an order that was made last month. I have already started paying for it. They give you an illusion that everything is in stock and ready to ship. They are eager to cancel your order if you don't want to wait instead of shipping you your product. Covid-19 is just an excuse for poor business practice. The business will be failing by no fault but their own Well on hold now for a manager and I am being told none available keep getting the run around blaming the manufacture for their miss management

Ordered a back seat and they said would ship within the week and receive it within 2 weeks. Got no email about my order being shipped until 3 weeks later saying shipping has been revised and would ship the following month. Since then I've gotten an email every other month saying shipping has been revised and now it's been 6 months and no seat. They are a scam.

I bought a Griffin radiator from them. The first one came damaged. They sent me a 2nd one and left me with the junk 1st item. I installed the 2nd radiator and it leaked, dumping all of the coolant out. I messaged them asking for a refund. They replied telling me I'd get a refund once I send it back. I reinstalled the factory radiator and had ZERO leaks. I sent the Griffin radiator back. My refund was not given thus far. As time went by, Griffin conveniently claims that there was no problem with their horrible product, so Morris said they would partially refund me. After going back and forth with them showing them reviews and forum posts by people with the same problems I had, they refused to keep their customer happy. They refunded part of my order and did not refund my extended warranty that I purchased. Lastly, they keep censoring my review of that radiator. Talk about shady. Horrible company, horrible products, horrible respect for customers, as well as service. They'd rather stand by defective horrible products rather than their customers. Their prices are not very competitive either. You have much better service elsewhere. -Response- Oh, I can imagine you got Griffin on speed dial and they are waiting in suspense at a drop of a hat to stop production of their products to test a defective radiator this morning. Well, I spoke with the president of Griffin, Tom Beebe, last night and he says your full of it. You still scammed me out of, not only my refund, but refunding my extended warranty. It doesn’t matter what you say. People will read this review and shop elsewhere. Just because you say you have the lowest prices doesn’t magically change the fact that your prices are the same as everyone else. 4WP, Northridge, Quadratec, etc., all have the same or lower prices than you. The only difference is they don’t have F ratings on BBB. They also don’t censor their reviews like you do for your horrible products. People just need to search for Morris4x4 reviews and they’ll see that your company sucks. This site and Yelp, as well as Reddit have plenty of juicy reviews to take business away from you. I’m happy to facilitate that. Refund my extended warranty already.

I've purchased quite a few parts from Morris 4x4 Center, and I've been extremely happy with each purchase. (And that's why I keep using them!) They generally have what I need in stock, and my purchases arrive earlier than scheduled and very well packaged. I appreciate their attention to detail and I highly recommend them for your Jeep parts.
