United States | 16 February 2021First, and last, order placed with this company. The Customer Service is actually very good - but, the order was doomed from the beginning it seems. Ordered Nerf Bars and tire offset spacers. The shipping of the Nerf bars was messed up by the carrier. Product was never in-hand, and the part was returned/refunded in its entirety. However, the spacers, not being needed, were scheduled for return. After working with Customer Service, the end-result is that I am literally paying $42 for the joy of working with this company. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges... I get nothing but a lighter wallet and a sour taste in my mouth. Not doing that again!

United States | 22 January 2021Ordered an Alpine stereo system in December and was advised item would be shipped at the end of the month. First week of January chatted with customer service and advised that item would be shipped mid-January due to difficulty getting items from distributors. Contacted customer service yesterday (1/21/21) regarding shipment only to be told item would be shipped late February due to "difficulty getting itms from the distributor". HELLO !!! Then why are you making interest on my payment that has not shipped and still in "distributor limbo". I understand during these unprecedented times that electronic items from factories are moving slowly out-the-door. Well, if that's the case, and Morris4x4 knows it, don't be in a rush to secure payment !! Secure the credit card and take payment when the item leaves the warehouse .... or is that too responsible !!!!

United States | 05 January 2021AutoAnything, Morris4x4, all the same site. They do not back their product. The washer tank I ordered came with the wrong pump. I had to use my old pump. They refuse to correct the situation. They do not read emails, as they just ran me in circles. I am left to deal with the manufacturer, only 2 weeks after purchase. PLEASE buy your parts from a reputable source.

Now that they are in college and the army, I still trust morris 4x4 to provide great parts and service for my wife's lifted cherokee. United States | 09 December 2020The rear hatch seal on my 97 ZJ was leaking when it would rain or I would wash it. It got bad! I found a new OEM seal at Morris 4x4. The price was fair, the shipping super fast and the fit was excellent. It has been about 2 months now and not a drop of water has made it past the seal! I highly recommend Morris 4x4 for their wide selection of Jeep projects, great prices, fast service, and quality follow-up!

Repeatedly lied too by numerous staff members by email and online chat, no one cares.....you are literally wasting your breath trying to complain. I ended up chatting to 'Bailey' on their Instagram page, again nothing but lies and stalling. The incompetence and lack of professionalism is simply mind blowing.

THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS OR ONLINE CHATS. they repeatedly say ohh no one is here who can help with your order ! Items still haven’t shipped and they’re refuse to cancel order and refund. Buyer beware. This outfit has seriously destroyed my trust in online purchasing. Avoid this company. There is a reason there website is covered with full page discount coupons.

United States | 13 October 2020I ordered 2 door seals that didn’t work and I needed to return them. When I tell you they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life I mean it. The people are nice but they don’t follow through with you at all. Everyone I talked to continued to drop the ball and say “we’ll get back to you with more information soon”. They just hope you forget so they can keep their money. Without exacerbating I called in over 10 times to get a return and get my money back. It took over 2 months. after I mailed the product back I emailed them tracking number. I then called 2 weeks later because I didn’t get refund and they said the tracking number showed that THE PACKAGE WAS LOST! Luckly, I knew their tricks and games at this point, and looked up the tracking number while on the phone only to see that it had actually had been delivered a week prior!!!! Then after waiting on hold for another 20 minutes, my money was sent back. Keep in mind this whole process took over 2 months of being in contact with them weekly! This company is extremely low class. DO NOT BUY FROM.

United States | 02 October 2020The company is a joke, offered $30.00 coupon for signing up for emails with no mention of restrictions but after being on the phone for a total of 50 minutes and being dropped once, the sales department told me about the restrictions and that was for only a order of $300.00 Company is a scam, the people were not helpful at all and would not recommend this company to anyone. How business operate like this in todays market and survive are amazing to me. Shows you how much of a mark up there are on some of these products.

I filed a claim which is what Morris told me to do, and turns out after calling 3 times THEY needed to file the claim! So a month to the day and I’m still out 1,600 dollars and no bumper! Terrible customer service and I’ll never order anything from here again.
