Im rebuilding a 77 cj5 from the ground up. Have made multiple orders for parts and everything ive ordered has been direct fit oem style parts. Great customer service. Quick to ship, and quick to replace any wrong parts that ive mistakenly ordered, with the right fit/part.

Ordered several small hard to find items for my 83 Cj7. Morris website was easy to navigate and had the items on hand. Even the ones they didn’t have, they promptly refunded my money and brought it to my attention. Very nice service. Highly recommend and will be ordering more. An absolute joke of a company. I am an international buyer from New Zealand. Ordered parts on the 2nd of May, still yet to receive. Customer service takes weeks to reply. I have called the helpline twice at my own cost and they still can't give me a shipping number. I would avoid at all cost!!

Never I repeat never use this company ever. This is the worst company I have ever bought from. We ordered a cold air intake and they would not ship it to my address due to "emissions" when there are no emissions laws in my state. We ordered on May 23 and they charged us and took our money. We even got a shipping email. Then like 7 days later we get an email saying we can't ship this due to emissions. The we call 5 yes 5! different times and talk to 5 different people. No one would give us a refund or offer any solutions. I got put on hold by every person and had to hang up after being put on hold for 15-20 minutes. Then when I called to talk to a supervisor I get told I can't unless I give them the order #. I was put on hold again for 27 minutes after being told it would be 5 minutes. No customer service no American workers and no one cares that you just took the money and held it up for weeks before I got it back. No one should have to call and beg for their money back when the company is the one who effed up.

Morris 4x4 is always easy to work with. Quick deliveries even during these rough times over the past year or so. The headlight bezels I got for my CJ were very nice and fit perfectly. I will continue to order from them in the future.

I have purchased a lot of Jeep parts from Morris 4x4 over the years. Recently I purchased an AEV front license plate mount. It arrived quickly and took about 15 minutes to install. Morris is a good company to work with and you can contact them directly with any questions.

Bought a LOD 44inch bumper from morris 4x4 was told it was in stock. Took 6 weeks to get it. The bumper was dirty,missing 2 holes in top plate,no company logo on bumper. Hitch is not even an option for that bumper yet it had one welded to it. Morris 4x4 and LOD Off-Road refuse to stand behind their product .I set the bumper on the jeep to get better pictures of the missing holes.they say I installed the bumper and they won't own up to the screw up. They both lost a customer for life over 206 dollars.

!!! Be very weary of this company. They sell non-refundable parts that are only compatible to other out of stock and discontinued parts. There are lots of other reliable companies out there, I’d find another that is honest.

I ordered Catalytic Converter Kit. It was in Stock and supposedly shipped. The day it was supposed to arrive (I took the day off to install it) I got an email they couldn't send. My State Emission Restrictions would not allow it. They blamed running late on Covid and the error. Do not Order from this Company. Covid is no excuse for Bad Service! C'mon America!

Do not order from here!! Purchased a steering kit 3 weeks ago, they say it’s “in stock” but still has not shipped. Feels like I’ve been robbed. Customer service just blames “covid”. If the part can’t be shipped, then it should be listed as not in stock.

Terrible company to deal with. I got sent the wrong part and then ended up in a situation where I would have had to pay for return freight which was not going to be worth it. No help from the company after even admitting they got it wrong. Best avoided

Long story short, I ordered a full set of fender flares from Morris 4x4 over a month ago and have only received 1 of 3 boxes that were supposed to arrive together. The same tracking number was given to all 3 boxes so now I can’t track where the remaining order is and for the past two weeks have been playing phone tag with customer service trying to resolve this issue.

I would advise anyone to not order a damn thing from these people, I ordered parts back in mid March, paid for 2 day shipping and still haven’t received my order!! Their customer service is terrible!!

Worst place ever ordered a lift kit and shocks in december they revised a shipping date for april 2 then i found they canceled part pf this order on march 1st now i been sittin here waiting for a month for parts they canceled that they never told me about they also dissconnected me on purpose I believe three times and i'm still trying to get my money what a joke so i canceled the whole order to get a refund and the forgot to cancel the shocks on that order when i get bad business i want everything canceled i was very specific to my needs !

Be very careful when dealing with this company. Read the reviews here on TrustPilot, on Google, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau. I made the mistake of not researching this company before placing my order, and I've been beating myself up over it. I purchased a bike rack that was listed in stock and ready to ship. When I received the confirmation, they listed the ship date as 3 months from the day I ordered it. I immediately requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. That request was ignored--instead I received an email saying they'll contact the manufacturer. This was last week. I have received neither my refund nor any word on the bike rack I ordered. It's been 10 days since I requested my refund. Whether it's an honest human error or they are purposefully deceiving customers about their stock, that doesn't matter. What matters is, when the customer requests a refund for an item that they can't fulfill for whatever reason, a normal business refunds that customer immediately. Morris 4x4 Center does not do that. Read the reviews. They have a long history of this practice, going way back before COVID. Regardless, COVID wouldn't even be a valid excuse to deny a legit request for a refund. In the meantime, I'm glad I made my purchase through PayPal. I'll eventually receive my money back through the claim I made against Morris, but giving them my business has been an unnecessary waste of time. I had to postpone a bike trip I planned, knowing that if I purchased the rack from any other normal company, I would've had it last week. Never again.

Terrible customer service. If they say they have it in stock, what they really mean is it's on back order... plus a week for a refund and 35 minute hold times in 2021 are you kidding me?

I would give negative stars if it was an option. I ordered a brake line kit and one was too short 2 were too long and 1 was bent the wrong direction. I received nothing except "sorry for your troubles with your order."I also ordered a body mounting kit at the same time back in December and the delivery date has now officially been pushed back a 3rd time till late may. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and they told me that they had to get authorization from the manufacturer before they could refund my money. I didn't pay the manufacturer I paid them so why should I wait. And at this point I still don't know if I'm getting a refund. They never had this part in stock and still don't but if you get on their website it still says the part will ship in a couple of days. customer service was a joke and just kept telling me the same lame excuses over and over again. I will never order from them again and I will advise nobody ever order from this joke of a company.
