I had called in the orders, they put in some keystrokes and claim the products are in stock. Well, perhaps the metal is in stock but the welders and powder coating is not? If you have months, give them a try.

United States | 14 August 2020I understand covid has caused issues but seems like this company has had issues before covid. I placed and order for a class IV trailer receiver during the last few weeks of July with a ship date of July 31- Aug 3. No shipment on July 31. After 1 to 2 hour of sitting on hold and waiting in a chat room on August 1st I was told by a rep that it was "GAURENTEED" to ship on Aug 3. August 3rd passes by what do ya no no shipment. August 4th I recieve an email at 7pm stating that due to covid my shipment date has changed and will be shipped on August 13. I sat on hold again both the chat and phone for 3-4 hours this time until I was able to make contact with someone that confirmed this was true. And now here we are August 14,2020 still no updated shipment status. Wish I would have read the reviews for this company before I ordered now I have money tied up in this company waiting in a shipment that'll probably never happen or waiting for a refund that can take half a month to recieve 😒. Called in today to see if my order had shipped out on the email date of 8/13/2020 only to be told it will ship on 8/24/20 when asked why it was said to be on backorder and not sure when it will actually ship. Just as the others have stated no mention of back ordered anywhere on the site. Also add another 4 hours wasted today waiting to speak to someone.

United States | 27 July 2020Saturday, July 11th I placed 2 orders (6 items total) totaling almost $700. I received tracking on 2 of the items, the smallest ones. They showed up as scheduled. The other items have trickled in with no tracking made available to me, except a final (still undelivered, apparently untrackable) item that I am now waiting over an hour in their chat que to get status on. The day I placed my order this same item was reported wrong in their confirmation email...I ordered a SmittyBilt Cab Cover (Part # 1061) and their email reported it as a Smittybilt Winch Accessory Kit (Part # SB1061). I chatted with them that same day and they confirmed the correct part would come to me. I don't think it's a coincidence that it still has not arrived yet when everything else on the two orders has been received. I tried to send them an email and received a message back saying they "don't have the staff to correspond via email"! Who can't send a frickin' email? What is this the 1980's? I started in their chat que an hour and 5 minutes ago. I was told at start that I was #12 in the que. After 65 minutes I'm now #6 in their Que. I've run out of patience and time. I usually only order from ExtremeTerrain but they were out of stock on some of the Steinjager gear I needed so I tried these folks. Oh, and I'm 21 years Navy, a Vet, honorably discharged (Retired)...nobody has ever said diddly to me about a military discount! Going back to XT. These headaches I don't need!

United States | 15 July 2020This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have made several orders, but this last order has resulted in me never ordering from them again. I order wheels a month ago and still have not had any order update. I have spent numerous hours on hold and waiting in the chat que. Even when you get the magic text number you get a canned answer and no other response. Its a shame to treat customers this way. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

When I place my order they charged my credit card and said it would ship in 24 to 48 hours. 7 days later, no confirmation on shipping. Tried to email customer service for 2 days; nothing. Called customer service after trying to "chat", was on hold for 1 hour and 55 minutes only to be told a different department would have to handle the issue. Buyer beware you will be ripped off by Morris 4x4!

United States | 07 July 2020I ordered over $350.00 worth of parts from this company and was expecting a reasonable delivery time, even with the Covid-19 times affecting the deliver. I ordered the parts, they charged me and than I recieved an e-mail telling me it would be three weeks until my parts would ship. I found the exact same parts from a local parts store that day so I canceled my order. Now I am being told I was to late on canceling my order, however I canceled 4 days prior to them even shipping the parts. I can't get hold of them and I am requesting a refund and I expect not to pay any return shipping since I feel they had adequate time to stop the order. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of customer service just to be hung up on. I will never do business with this company again and would highly suggest that anyone reading this take my experience serious and learn from my mistake! Please don't make the same mistake I did

United States | 29 June 2020Terrible experience. Parts department good. Just do no ever want to return a defective part. Been on hold 1 hour 46 minutes. Told me "let me process this and be right back with you" now at 20 minutes and holding. Spent hundreds over the last year. This is the third time I have been treated like this. Totally unreasonable wait times. Will shop other places in the future.

United States | 06 June 2020I ordered a pair of jeep control arms and only recieved one. I contacted them through phone about 6 times through a period of 5 days. They anwsered my last call after a half an hour of waiting. I then told them what the problem was and they told me hold on then for a couple of minutes. I ended up stalling for about three hours before they hung up on me. Please do not buy from them beacause you will get ripped off and have a horrible service. Unfortunetly for them I own a jeep page with over 4000 followers and I will post not to buy from their website! Hope you consider this before you even think of buying from them!

United States | 27 May 2020Terrible company to do business with. Sent me the wrong order. Spent over 10+ hours on the phone with them. Most of that being on hold waiting for customer service. And that's because the live chat is ZERO help, and they don't respond to e-mails. The multiple times I've spoken with them, the customer service reps are incompetent, or just flat out lie to me. I guess they think their customers are stupid. 4 weeks later I still had the wrong product and they still had my money and still no resolution to getting the correct product. Eventually, I was able to get the wrong product returned, but the product I had ordered they no longer even carried. I asked about getting a lesser model version of the correct product and they said sure they would give me a store credit and do an order for the other product. 2 weeks later they said they wouldn't sell it to me at the price and price match, even though I had e-mails of them saying they would. ultimately, it was a 20+ hour waste of my time.

United States | 21 May 2020Don't bother! This company commonly has "sales" in which they mark products up over MSRP so they can discount them down to what they call a "sale price" for unsuspecting customers. They do not deserve the business!

Been trying for THREE WEEKS calling 3x/wk & being stuck on hold for over 30 mins each time waiting for customer service to answer. Figured I’d wait on chat w/customer service as well-same result! I even called the sales dept & explained. Sales guy said to wait for manager to answer. After waiting 35 mins I hung up and did the same thing again. This sales guy just put me on hold for a manager and AGAIN nobody answered after another 45 min wait! Finally made a complaint on Facebook and someone answered with the reply that I’d be receiving an email with return info after representative asked numerous questions. I received email a wk later asking the same questions I answered already. Sent reply with same answers as before. This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT EVER UPDATE...received message via Messenger app from someone at Morris. Had the man call me directly. Turns out he’s the CMO of Morris 4x4. He explained the situation they’re in with back ordered parts etc due to their own supplier issues, more people at home ordering more parts that Morris may/may not have in stock, more people with customer care issues and so forth. I understand bc I work in the automotive industry. I told him maybe Morris should put out a statement on their social media accounts explaining this to others. I told him my worst problem is lack of acknowledgment OF ANY KIND FROM ANYONE. He was EXTREMELY understanding of the problems I’ve been having. This man is PERSONALLY affronted by all our issues and made sure I understand this is NOT how they do business. He informed me he will be doing everything he can to get the refund process going. He also sent a gift card for all the trouble I’ve experienced. I will be more than happy to adjust my reviews afterwards according to satisfactory solving of my problem. One star review moves to 2 star for now

United States | 19 April 2020I would not even give this company a 1 rating.the customer service is non-existant. When you can get someone on the phone they inform you that all they can do is send and e mail and someone will get back with you within 48 hrs max. I have sent multiple emails as well via their website, for over a week with no response. The part I received stated a universal fit for my 2011 jeep wrangler jk. The part is not even close to fitting. I will Never do business with this company again. j
