They tried to charge me twice for the same exact parts and when they did ship the parts I didn’t even receive all that I had ordered. I have been messaging and calling this company for a solid week trying to get things straightened out. I will never order from this company again!

They told me on the phone when I asked three times that they had what I wanted in stock, but they were experiencing shipping delays. Found it faster from the MFG and when I went to cancel the order they claimed they had to go to the manufacturer for cancellation... What the actual F does their relationship with the manufacturer have to do with our Money?

Cyprus | 13 November 2021Bought $1500 of parts believing, from their information everything was in stock. I was even given a guide delivery date. Once they had my money then it began to fall apart delivery keep being pushed back and back. It soon became obvious THEY DO NOT HOLD STOCK, they themselves order parts in, only when they have customers orders. Two months after placing order and having not received anything their so called customer services messed up and cancelled the order by mistake and then told me 'nothing they can do I would need to start all over again'. SO AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. They will avoid tell you the truth, THEY ARE INCOMPATENT and waste so much of your life.

United States | 11 November 2021A while ago I purchased a complete Fender Flare Kit (a little wider than the originals) to replace the old original ones on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport TJ and new side turn signal lights to replace those old ones. I also ordered the attachment hardware to install them as well. I think they look great. They fit perfectly and are a little wider to allow new wider tires that I plan to purchase very soon. I am so excited about how good the product was and easy to install that I decided to send a couple of pictures. One is of the old flares which were rough and the right front had been damaged etc. The other pic shows how well the new flares fit, and with the wider width makes the Jeep look awesome (in my opinion!). I highly recommend Morris 4x4 Center for their fast service, helpful staff and quality products. The price was good as well. Thanks again!! George Troutman Centennial, Colorado

United States | 05 November 2021I have spoke to Michael L in the chat and he was horribly RUDE as heck and avoided every question I asked. Then gave me a $70 credit but charged me $99 for shipping (would have been cheaper to place the order online by myself than him trying to add a coupon code that I had). Then again continued to ignore my question and ask me "SO what is your issue?". Then I called the phone numbers, on the emails I had received, on 5 different occasions and either no one would answer or someone would answer and hang up and after 5 hours of calling I finally got to Sofia G and she was just as rude as Michael L. My question was "why can I not use any coupon that I have received" and after a very long discussion Sofia G finally just said that there are restrictions on the items. The email states "Discount code not working? It could be because some manufacturer restrictions apply. If that's the case, there is another way! Just give our Jeepers a call at 1-877-553-5337 for special offers we just can't show you here." So I asked her to find me any 2 items that were not restricted from any of yalls codes and Id be happy to purchase the item just because and she said Id have to do that myself, after I explained to her I have tried for the last 5 hours to find items. And then she went on to tell me that Id have to call back in to get a credit for the military discount that did not have exclusions that I could not use on my own, Even though I already had the order placed and she did not have a reason as to why that she couldn't take care of it and that Id just have to call back in. She said she could not hold any longer after the fact that she did not even have to hold for me to give her the order #. After I told her it was the 3rd order I had placed that day and she confirmed she saw all 3 purchases. She then applied a credit to the wrong order for a less amount than the correct order and that had to be corrected. Just a terrible company and even worse customer service. I purchased $2000 from this company with the intent of best prices with coupons always offered, good customer service, and delivery guarantee. So far they have failed 2 of the 3. I'm hoping and praying that all of my items arrive correct, on time per order dates, and not damaged. After this I will NEVER purchase another product from Morris 4x4 ever again.

They seemed high quality and I hadn't seen them available anywhere before. I could make the entire side of my truck a turn signal by replacing all of the running lights if money where no object...

Italy | 11 October 2021I ordered 4 shock absorbers for my car but they make a mistake sending me 3 rear and 1 front, I report the problem and they tell me they will send me the replacement part and that I will receive a tracking number via email. I don't receive anything and I write again. From that moment the lies begin. Every time I enter the chat room or write an email to know where is the tracking of the piece they tell me they will send it to me in a few days and of course they never do. They even promise a refund but of that, as with the tracking, no trace. Eventually, they stopped responding to emails forcing me to go back to chat and start all over from the beginning. Months went by and I didn't get any kind of feedback despite continuing to write. In the end I was forced to buy another shock absorber, to spend money for a piece that I did not need and solve at my own expense the problem that they created for me. Total lack of reliability and professionalism: I lost time and money with people who have no respect for the customer.

The delivered parts fit and meet the required parameters. Especially the Skyjaker hydro shock absorbers met my expectations. The shock absorbers are softer and more suitable for off road driving.

Morris 4x4 simply refuses to provide even the most basic customer service and is coming off as incredibly desperate to hang on to a $189 sale. Business must really be bad for them to provide me a faulty product and then completely ignore me! I am embarrassed for Morris 4x4 and will NEVER do business with them again. I just read your response and you can talk to Christina, the apparently over-worked and underpaid customer service supervisor that lied 2x about getting back to me, and once she finally did, she did NOTHING to help other than say you are out of luck, that is our policy. Your company is pathetic and if you think this ends here you are sadly mistaken. The review of your company and the faulty product and substandard customer service will be posted to 180,000 4x4 enthusiasts.

Asked for a refund twice, still being told they will check out the order. I want to cancel, and a full refund. Stop avoiding giving me a refund. What kind of shady business is this.
