Our plane was a few minutes late arriving at Olbia Airport but the luggage took over 45 minutes to get through. The company knew we were coming and should have known about the delay. We got the luggage at 22.02 and called them, they shut at 22.00 so no answer and no reply. I phoned the following morning at 8.00 to try and sort the rental out to be told that as we had booked through an agent they could not see the details and therefore the car had gone yet they knew we had a booking. Seeing as they closed at 22.00 and would not reply and then opened at 8.00am when I phoned it seems strange how our booked car had gone. We eventually got to a place where they had a bigger car at a cost of Euros 125 on top of the Euro 65 we had paid already. That was never going to happen. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy and willingness to solve the issue reasonably. A a note there are many car hire firms at Olbia Airport, the choice is yours. You may have noticed Felirent posted a message to get in contact, I have emailed but no reply.

Finger weg, Abzocke! Der zusammen mit dem wenige Tage zuvor abgelaufenen Original vorgelegte vorläufige Personalausweis wird erst gar nicht anerkannt, dann urplötzlich doch. Gegen Zahlung von 320€ für eine (schon bei Buchung abgeschlossene) Kaskoversicherung, die nur einen Teil dessen einschließt, was vorher versichert war. Insgesamt also statt 250€ 670€ bezahlt. Dann wird die Kaution um 100€ erhöht, den Kunden am Nachbarschalter von 300 auf 700€. Einen unverschämten Ton nimmt man da nur noch am Rande war.

I rented Peugeot 5008 aut. 5+2 seats. Milano Malpensa Aeroporto 03/05-09/04. We arrived in the evening with the family . We called and the shuttle driver ( very friendly person) picked us up. At the office the person who helped us was so helpful and very friendly. The problem were when we returned the car there was a woman, who was unfriendly, rude and cruel. She was really unprofessional, we almost missed our flight. Maybe she had a bad morning, we had to pay the price

Sulla vettura nulla da eccepire, mentre sulla gestione al rientro della vettura mi sono vista addebitare la benzina; ho scritto al Customer Care Felirent inviando foto che dimostravano che avevo ragione. In data odierna li ho nuovamente contattati ed ho ricevuto riscontro positivo. Grazie

Hired a fiat Punto from Naples. Car was nearly brand new, & staff were lovely, efficient & spoke English. Really happy with the service. Be aware they don't have a presence in the airport, but you have to walk through the airport car park to a police box by a multi storey car park about 5 mins from terminal.

Very bad customer service. I never got pick up from Bari airport. Called to the number they gave me to call and had to rent with another company.

Used them at Milan-Malpensa, no issues or problems, nothing to complain about. Ver friendly and professional.

Ho affittato un'auto con ritiro all'aeroporto di Catania, a parte un bel pò di attesa, mi è stata consegnata la macchina del segmento scelto praticamente nuova 3000km( nella fattispecie Opel Crossland) e pulita. La macchina ,colpa un cambio orario del volo, l'ho riconsegnata alle ore 10:00 invece che alle ore 20:00. Con mio stupore allo sblocco della cauzione della mia carta di credito, mi sono accorto che invece di trattenersi la tariffa di 4gg come pattuito e prenotato, mi sono stati scalati solo 3gg. Grande Felirent, sicuramente se ne avrò bisogno affitterò presso di Voi...Se vogliamo fare un appunto, mi sono stati trattenuti 700,00 euro di cauzione invece di 500,00 come da contratto, ma prontamente sbloccati a fine noleggio.

Abbiamo noleggiato un’auto nella sede di Milano Malpensa, e le uniche parole per descrivere il servizio sono: cordialità, professionalità e convenienza. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
