Don t use them ! Try to over estimate facturation. Never give back money that they have to… Run away from felrent if you want to Dave money

Auto nuova con alcuni danni non segnalati. Se non avessi fatto attenzione in fase di consegna me li sarei sicuramente trovati addebitati. Auto sporca non pulita dal precedenter noleggio. Liquido per la pulizia dei vetri non presente

Prima volta in Sicilia iniziata male con un altro car rental dove non ha voluto sapere altro dopo che avevamo avuto un problema con la carta di credito. Felirent ha fatto si che potessimo continuare una bellissima avventura con una bambina di appena un'anno ed incinta poiché ci ha fatto trovare subito una soluzione per poter pagare in un altro modo. Consiglio assolutamente al 100%

mi sono trovato bene con tutti sia con il responsabile della sede di Milano il sig. Pirali, che mi ha dato sempre il suo supporto e questo dimostra quanta cura ha per il cliente, sia con il personale della sede all'aeroporto di Catania che si sono dimostrati chiari e disponibili.

I had booked a city car, upon arrival we were given an opel crossland x with smooth tires, just some rubber pieces were missing. I had already paid for both the car and the insurance coverage with the card but the guy with the excuse of a certain broker and his compulsory insurance made me pay another 300 euros! Plus payment of the deposit with the card because the checks did not accept them, I always rented with checks and it always went well but not for them and therefore another 300 euros that had to be returned at the end of the month automatically, never seen but at a certain point I don't want to know anymore, with broken tires I didn't even trust to visit different places for fear of breaking them completely, a star because 0 is not among the options, never again

Auto nuove e pulite. Facile da trovare, all'interno dell'area noleggi aeroportuale, disponibili e professionali, auto nuove a prezzi veramente concorrenziali. Rapidi nello svolgimento delle pratiche, precisi nella consegna. Possibilità di noleggio anche senza carta di credito. Per la Sicilia secondo le mie esperienze, i MIGLIORI!

I’ve rented twice from Felirent, once in Catania, Sicilia (2021) and once in Bologna (2022) and was very much happy every time. The second time i went straight to them without even looking at other companies. Very good service, very good english skills. They explain everything as clear as possible (i was a first time renter and didn’t know how things work). I had an external insurance and the guys in Catania made sure i had everything i needed for the claim of my money back. The procesa went smooth thanks to all the info and documents they provided. In the Bologna airport they come pick you up once you land and then drive you back to the airport in the car you are returning. Finally, i want to mention that i got a free upgrade in both cases to a bigger and newer car than the one that i booked. Both cars were new and very clean, easy to drive, with all the options needed for a good vacation in Italy. I highly recomment Felirent, at least in these two cities. I will definitely look for them whenever i need a car in Italy from now on.

Un segnetto di qualche millesimo di millimetro superiore ai due cm mi è costato centinaia di euro, che mi sono dovuto far rimborsare dall'assicurazione esterna (che avevo fatto per danni seri, non per una bazzecola che magari era lì e che non avevo notato). Ladri teuffatori che fanno business su queste cose e sulla vendita della LORO assicurazione. Evitateli come la peste, sono delinquenti. Ah, avevo cercato la loro pagina Facebook per recensirli. Ad agosto 2019 non esisteva. E non mi stupisco. Tra l'altro, mi contattano solo ora, dopo più di 3 anni, senza che possa selezionare la data reale (non posso andare più indietro del 2021, inaffidabili pure per le review).

Macchina vecchia che ci ha lasciati in panne, sostituita con un'altra ancora più vecchia e malandata, sedili sfondati, finestrini rotti e cofano anteriore serrato con del fil di ferro.

Ad agosto 2020 ho noleggiato un auto in Sicilia. A natale dello stesso anno Felirent mi ha inoltrato una sanzione amministrativa del Comune di Palermo ma relativa ad un'altra auto, trattenendosi dalla carta di credito un importo di € 42,70 per il "disturbo". L'errore era facimente verificabile (bastava verificare la foto del mezzo sul sito del Comune di Palermo) tant'è che la multa mi è stata annullata. Felirent invece non mi ha mai rimborsato della somma che ingiustamente si è trattenuta, nonostante i miei solleciti. Mi sembra un comportamento scorretto e pertanto sconsiglio di utilizzare questo noleggiatore.

La macchina era quella che avevamo prenotato ma , essendo arrivati via broker, non eravamo stati avvertiti della possibilità di un'assicurazione CASCO con Felirent stessa. Sia il costo della macchina che quello dell'assicurazione , magari sono conformi a quelli di mercato, ma è risultato essere MOLTO caro ( 660 € per una panda per 6 gg l'ultima settimana di giugno è oggettivamente caro).

The service offered by Felirent was absolutely perfect.

They offered me a brand new car (Fiat 500X with literally few dozen kilometers on the dial), the best price I could find online for these dates/duration on Sicily, and the pickup and dropoff service was uncomplicated and quick. Truly an excellent experience with them.
