Ottimo servizio a Milano Malpensa check-in rapido e di qualità

Ho noleggiato con felirent presso la stazione di Roma Termini. Volevo ringraziare Francesco per gli aiuti e le attenzioni che ci ha dato, ha reso tutto piu' facile e leggero , consigliatissimo. Ci rivedremo sicuramente :-)

I have rented dozens of cars all over the world but nowhere, but nowhere in this world I have not met such jerks of people like here, who slap you in the face and even after a few months of the rental continue to steal money from your credit card. The cars on the website do not exist, they only have the Lancia Ypsilon model. Whatever car you rent (economy, premium, etc.) you only get the Lancia Ypsilon. I do not recommend this company in any way. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto presso Felirent Malpensa Airport e il noleggio è andato molto bene. Il personale è cordiale e una navetta viene a prendervi all'aeroporto per portarvi all'agenzia. Quando si parte, la navetta vi riporta all'aeroporto. Un'ottima esperienza.

The price was excellent, the car very good, but the service was poor. We had to wait 15 minutes out in the cold to pick us from airport and then had to wait another 10 min after signing the contract for someone to clarify a few things about the car

Autonoleggio di Catania. Veicolo in perfette condizioni. Prezzo super competitivo senza nessuna fregatura. Nessuna assicurazione aggiuntiva o “fortemente” consigliata o suggerita in modo insistente. Check in e check out velocissimi. Assolutamente consigliati!!

Auto ritirata in aereoporto a Napoli... Personale veloce e preparato,auto perfettamente pulita. Unica cosa leggermente antipatica che dopo aver percorso l'autostrada l'auto era sporca e mi è stato chiesto di lavarla.

My daughter and I rented a car from Felirent near Milan Airport in October 2023. After a few issues with having to transfer the driver (as the proposed driver did not own a credit card) - which took an hour, we thought we had a good deal. On coming home - 5 weeks later, I have received multiple requests to pay for a "traffic violation" which has not been clarified what the violation actually was. I emailed back and asked how I could pay. I received another email exactly the same as the first with no details how to pay. However, in the meantime the sum of €45 had been taken from my credit card. Still, weeks later and even today again, I am receiving the same emails telling me about the "traffic violation" and asking me to pay. Despite replying again to the email saying that this fine has already been taken from my account, I am still bombarded by emails. Is there no end to this ? It is so annoying and makes me think there is some kind of scam going on.

The fuel tank was far from full when I got the car. I returned it with full fuel tank of course. Be carefull when you Pick up your car. This company Felirent is completely unserious and unreliable. They ask me to write to their customer service. I have done that, but I get no response 🤷‍♂️

Mi sono trovato bene. Non so se sono stato fortunato io, ma non ho riscontrato nessuno dei problemi che ho letto qui. Cauzione restituita e ho pagato quanto preventivato. Personalmente lo consiglio.

Personale preparato e attento ai minimi dettagli... Entusiasta della gestione del mio noleggio ma anche del cliente prima di me per il quale c erano problematiche... Tutte gestite con grande professionalità. Per me che noleggio ovunque per lavoro e per diletto una garanzia e se avrò possibilità noleggero ancora nella filiale di Napoli aeroporto (poco distante) come prima esperienza avevo qualche timore ma ribadisco tutto al di sopra di ogni aspettativa complimenti.
