Using the Malpensa Felirent was great. The people were very nice and helpful and the car was in good condition. Rented for 7 days and would definitely rent with then again.

After my negative review, the company replied with one sentence that "they are working on the matter", there is still no money back (500€), and almost a month has passed since the rental ended. I'm going to report the matter to the police because it looks like deliberate fraud, as the Terms & Conditions clearly stated "blocking" the card, not "withdrawing" money from the account. I have a photo as a proof

Ottimo customer service a Malpensa

We didn’t realise Felirent is a third party online car rental company. Our car rental was through Carflexi.com. The actual car rental went smoothly after we eventually found their office at Catania airport. Not easy. When we got back to Australia we received an email from Felirent saying we had been fined for driving through a ZTL area in Palermo. Fair enough but they charged us an administration fee for sending us the email of $69.94 Australian. That doesn’t include the fine. It was directly debited from our credit card. We tried to discuss the outrageous amount with Felirent but they just resent the original email. We recommend that you just book directly with an on the ground car rental company. DO NOT use Felirent.
