Ottimo servizio presso la sede di Malpensa

Czekam już ponad 20 dni na depozyt. Noe polecam serdecznie tej firmy. Oszuści i naciągacze. Facet w wypożyczalni powiedział, ze 5 dni po oddaniu auta dostaniemy depozyt. Na maile, albo nie odpisują, albo odpisują krótko. Kazali czekać 16 dni roboczych. Dzisiaj mija 18 dzień roboczy. Nie korzystajcie z tej wypożyczalni, bo z tego co widzę to wiele osób ma z tym problem.

Thumbs review is for felirent at malpensa airport in Milan. I got a fantastic rate on an excellent car. The shuttle picked us up quickly and the location is very close. They were helpful and kind upon pick up and drop off. Of course i returned the car full and in perfect condition. So there was no issues and a great experience

Ho noleggiato per la prima volta con Felirent a Palermo e devo dire che è stata esperienza davvero soddisfacente. Cortesia e disponibilità fin dal primo approccio all'accoglienza, chiarezza su tutti i punti e soprattutto un rapporto qualità/prezzo senza eguali. Grazie davvero.

Nessuna pressione nello stipulare ulteriori polizze assicurative e restituzione veicolo veloce senza alcun problema. Per il prossimo noleggio mi rivolgerò sicuramente a questa compagnia

Very good service, lovely people

Avoid at all costs. They are thieves to put it simply. When I booked online my fee was 110 euro, but when I got to the office it turned out to be 400 euro due to some ridiculous "small print" bull**it. The worst customer experience in my entire life.

Haven't tried the service itself is but booking is impossible. On Italian website I switched to English. It requires entering a birth date when making the booking, but it is not possible to select the date (Chrome / Firefox on PC). So can't make a booking. After a lot of attempts I realized that only on the Italian version of the website I can select my birth date! On the booking page the system tries to calculate the SSN (codice fiscale) automaticly. But if you use the "second name" field it ignores it and calculates it incorrectly using only the first and last names. If I try to correct the codice fiscale manually, it doesn't allow me to complete the booking saying it's invalid code. At the bottom of the website there is an e-mail address. Wrote there 2 days ago. Still no answer. I tried calling the phone number on the bottom of the website (sede operative) on a Sunday at 12:00pm. Got an automated message in Italian saying it's closed. What rental company doesn't answer the phone 7 days a week and doesn't have it's automated secretary service also speak in English? There is no information on the website about the shuttle service from Malpensa airport. I give up.
