I have ordered before with no problems but this time I found the page layout slightly confusing as I was ticking the box to order the product ABOVE the one I wanted. Once I realised the box was not next to the item picture but below it worked ok

Order for toner and paper placed 0n 28th November using Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked service. Apparently reached Royal Mail on 29th November. No sign of order yet (11th December) Printer inks have not responded either to their customer care email or to a telephone call today, suggesting I ask my cc provider for a refund. Royal Mail site clearly states contact sender in case of non delivery. Printer Inks clearly not interested but are happy to keep my money. Will not be ordering from them again.

I have used Printerinks for a long timme now ,I have only one problem of non drlivery which was not their fault . I contacted them and a replacement sent immediately . I use non genuine inks and have never had a problem . Excelent service . Trevor

My order was only partially delivered. I ordered and paid for a box of paper - 5 packs per box - but only received 1 pack of paper. I have raised the issue twice via the Live Chat helpline but no one hasp come back to me a resolution. Either the outstanding items should be delivered or a refund issued.
