The solicitors and support team were fantastic. Very organised and well run. I have had a great experience selling my house and going to use them again in future for purchasing my next one. Even though I never met Rachel, I felt the service was personal and her communication was fantastic throughout the very long process!

Terrible service. Paperwork submitted incorrectly, massive lack of communication and having to correct their mistakes. Not what the customer should have to be doing!

Communication was generally poor although always polite. We felt the sale was dragged out unnecessarily and increasingly no responses were given for long stretches . We understand there were personal issues impacting the conveyancer but an unhealthy dynamic where an argument between solicitors emerged which was in no one’s best interest except to what we could felt was to win an argument. At the point at which our mortgage couldn’t be extended any further we requested it be established if what was being argued over was an actual legal requirement for the sale to progress or not, for which it wasn’t. All felt very unnecessary, stressful and costly for us. A more person centred/client focused communication would have eased this situation greatly.

Jess and Steph were helpful and respectfully responded to all my queries and questions quickly and efficiently. I am now using Lyons Bowe for my conveyancing while selling my house and also have approached them about doing my Will. So far I am very satisfied.

I understand solicitor firms are busy but for a paid service, the service just isn't there. I had an out of office email response until 16th April and didn't hear anything until I chased for a reply on 23rd April and the reply was from another solicitor apologising for my designated solicitor being out of office again.

This law firm is amazing they got right to it, completed the admin quickly, and developed winning strategies that solved our problems for good!

Poor communication, found myself self chasing things, Lack of communication between you're staff, had several requests for the same information from different members of your team. I actually gave up on one request and dealt with it myself
