We had the pleasure of working with Holly for our initial stages of conveyance and found her to be an excellent point of contact. Would not recommend!!! Going through a tricky divorce and needed advice about finances etc. At first they seemed responsive but this rapidly changed once I had instructed their services. I have found them difficult to contact and the solicitors always seem to be part timers, leaving the firm or off on annual leave. They are expensive, seem uninterested in my case and lacking in basic communication to keep me updated. Also ALL of the paperwork collation and filling out of the form E for the financial order was done by myself. Makes me wonder why I have paid them to be honest as the reason I got a solicitor was to take the stress away. It has definitely added additional stress to the divorce and my ex has now got away with dissipating marital assets. I have lost marital asset money that I should of been entitled to. Absolutely deeply regret using this firm but too late now… Won’t ever use them again.

Would recommend. Simone and the team kept us fully updated. Sometimes I initiated the communication, but they replied very quickly, followed things up and chased when needed and a successful sale ensued, a pain free experience!

To be honest I was a little sceptical of using a "remote solicitors" for my purchase and sell of property. I was unsure of the methodology employed by Lyons Bowe in how they have a number of teams that progress through the process with a contact for each part. However my fears were completely unfounded, what i experienced was a well managed service with excellent communication from all parties. Whenever I made phone calls over issues, the response never went into the next day. The responses were always constructive and helpful. I must mention Beth at the Shepton Mallet Office who managed the exchange and completion elements, simply amazing communication and completely "on the ball". Overall a fantastic service that I cannot praise highly enough from all the people i dealt with. Regarding the App that tells you progress, I found this not to reflect the position accurately. However, I had such brilliant communication that I was not concerned. Chris Sweet
