Car has just recently arrived but wanted to share the very positive experience I’ve had with Partridge and Stephanie in particular. I’ve had a few questions about the car and the set up. The customer service I have received to date has been first class. Stephanie has kept in contact and answered any questions I’ve had. A really positive experience.

Had my IX lease car delivered by BMW Partridge. Stephanie was brilliant throughout the delivery process and happily accommodated a last minute change in delivery date requested by me. The car has a few scratches and Stephanie immediately picked this up and has arranged to have these fixed. Very pleased with the service.

I didn't notice that my MOT was due until the actual day!! I called Partridge BMW and thanks to the charming and helpful Tracey she managed to make an immediate appointment for the MOT and major service. On arrival I was looked after by Jenny Marino, who I seen before. Alas my 4 Series failed and they had to order a part which wasn't available until the following day. The car passed and Jenny very efficiently arranged for the vehicle to be returned to me at home (20 miles away). So excellent service in every way and I will make sure that I always return to Partridge BMW when necessary. Thank you. One happy and contented customer.

Came in for a service. Got 2 rude staff who tried to over charge me by 150 quid compared to bmw own website quote. Then refused to help remove service light. I would never go there again. Racists and threatened to punch me. One woman is particularly nasty and sits in the corner. She runs the show and tries to scare customers. In all my years of buying very expensive cars I have never met such a group of nasty and racist people. I recommend avoiding this awful place if you don’t want to be abused and beaten up. Edit: This is how they treat customers. The below response sums them up. There was one other customer who also threatened me with beating me up. One of their own staff said he would punch me. There were no other customers just 20 men hanging around doing absolutely nothing and having photos taken. Shame they can’t treat their non-white customers like the white one who was there and who they loved apparently. Edit: read the reviews left by staff on indeed.com and you will see just how these people operate. They really are used car salesman in every meaning of the word.

Poor communications. Great car. Overall communications with Partridge have not been great. Assurances that delivery would avoid a slot where I was busy - but that is when the delivery happened and with no prior warning from driver.

If you’re looking for a easy smooth buy Dean is the best in the business. Made our whole process fast and easy. We bought a car within 3 days, no waiting around and no headache. Would always come back to Dean for any future BMW purchases.
