Great Service great company. Never had any problems and they always deliver on time

I ordered barrier tape as it's much cheaper than anywhere else. Arrived within 3 days.

I'm absolutely fuming. I was conned into buying some blades on 18th September by the same scam as mentioned by KTEC Electricians (below). Over a MONTH later I am still awaiting a refund of my money. Highly recommended you do not trust these guys with your money. (Receipts and proof of payment available on request)

I purchased a Clarke CTS14 10” (250mm) Table Saw with Extension Tables from Tool-Net, and there was cause to contact Customer Services who dealt with my concern in a most professional way. Customer service means a lot to me and I cannot fault the company in this respect. The saw was delivered by TNT in perfect condition and I am very happy with it - it was an excellent price, but the delivery charge was a pricey (but that is understandable given the bulk of the consignment). This is my first purchase from Tool-Net and overall I am very satisfied with the company's performance. It does feel like quite a big company with lots of departments and process stages to go through to fulfil an order, but it is a very sound company and I would recommend it.

Well what I nightmare! Having registered with Tool-net.co.uk on the 8th December and placed my first order the same day, I was surprised to receive an email on the Friday to say that my item was out of stock. Yep, it took Tool-net.co.uk a full working week to email me to say that the item wasn’t available. In the email they told me it was the manufacturer that was out of stock. Strangely enough if you go on the web-site today it is available to buy. The question is…. Is it in stock! The email I received gave me an alternative, so I put a quote in for this alternative with some extra tools and a sander. I rang tool-net.co.uk first thing on Monday morning as I wanted to ensure my payment from the first order would be taken into account. I asked the lady if they were expecting anymore before Christmas and she told me that she didn’t know and advise me to go for the alternative (more expensive) item. I’ve now just been email by the company to say that “This is when I contacted you advising when we will be taking delivery from the manufacturer and that we would get you order on its way to you on a next working day delivery once it was here. Now this item is currently in our storage warehouse and can be purchased.” I WAS NEVER ADVISE OF THIS. Guess what…..! The sander on the quote was “apparently” missed of the order, which was very clear on the quote and therefore hasn’t arrived. It seems like the stock controls are great for this business nor the quotes don’t link to orders/invoices all seems a little strange. BEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY ORDER NUMBER 485195 - CHRIS TURNER

Just used this site to purchase two light weight extendable poles. On purchase clicked the postage being £6.99. Now had e-mail from them to pay a further 11.00 odd as the courier says they are oversized .WHAT ??? Did not mention this when I purchased. I cannot get into the site to check their postage costs nor do they e-mail you a complete itinerary of your postage .SO BEWARE ,feel this is a con.

Bought a shipment of task wood carving kits from tool-net, by far the cheapest quote on the internet. Order process was simple on their easy to use website, got emails confirming order and shipping details, which arrived only 3 working days after placing my order which is very fast. Would highly recommend and a company you can trust.

This was the first time I used tool net. I ordered a 3 shelf service trolley from the Tool Net website. The trolley took an hour or so to screw together but now its assembled it tuned out to be just what I needed. Excellent service, speedy communications and quick delivery. I would definitely use them again in the future (in fact I already have!)and would also recommend them to a friend.

The reason chose Tool-net is because they were the cheapest. Its always a worry when you buy from a company for the first time, however I received the Fein FMM 350Q 240V MultiMaster in good time and it is just as described. It is an amazing piece of kit! Before, I used a cordless Makita Mulitool which was ok but I found that it would sometimes take for ever to get through a material (especially hardwood), the 240V fein is MUCH quicker. I also love the lever to change the drill bit, rather than having to unscrew with an alun key. Overall a very good experience of the company and of the product bought.

I had been looking for a 25lt drum of EverBuild water-seal and tried my local builders merchants without any success, they either didn't stock it or it was expensive. I then decided to look on-line and came across Tool-Net, what a pleasant surprise, not only did they stock what I wanted but it was also very well priced at almost 20% less than I had been quoted locally. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order right up to when it arrived. Everything about the process was very easy and satisfying. Not only did they have what I wanted, they also stock just about everything you could think of at what appear to be very reasonable prises. They have got a huge range of products on the website and they always have what I need in stock. The delivery options are fine - I opt for the cheapest service but this is still sent out pretty quickly and received in good time. I would not hesitate to recommend Tool-Net to anyone looking for good quality tools at low prices.

Tool-net offered the best price I could find and excellent service. Mixer was delivered in 4 days as promised. I rang them with a delivery enquiry and my call and enquiry were answered promptly. I hesitated over 4/5 stars because delivery tracking wasn't provided but decided on 5 because of the easy communication.
