Tool Net were spot on with there delivery time and also provide the cheapest price on the internet.

I purchased some drum taps from Tool-net but unfortunately they are not made anymore. Tool-net sent me an email quoting this but also attached links to other drum taps that they sell. I easily chose replacements and they arrived within a week. I was kept informed through the process of purchasing and delivery via emails which I found very helpful. I cannot fault the service provided by tool-net.

My purchase turned up very promptly but having ordered a Hitachi 230v angle grinder with case and diamond blade the item turned up 'bare' without the case or the blade. Contacted Tool Net and they sorted out the problem without any issues by despatching the missing items within a couple of days on a next day delivery. The measure of a good company is not how well they take your money but how well they sort out problems as there will always be some. As a consequence I would certainly buy from Tool Net again

This is the second time that I ordered fence paint from Tool-net. The paint arrived in good condition, well packed, exactly as I ordered. My only gripe is the delivery cost. I ordered 5 x 5 litre tubs, with delivery up to 30 kg. This should have been sufficient as the combined weight for 5 is 27kg, leaving 3kg for a couple of boxes. Since I still had the tubs and cartons from my first order, I weighed it myself, but they insisted however that the total weight was over 30kg, and asked for another 5.99 + VAT. In the end I reduced my order to 4 tubs. Frustrating the overall experience. The website could be more intelligent here.

Ordered several tins of paint which sadly arrived rather bashed and made it a bit difficult for painting as they wouldn't sit flat. They addressed this quickly and gave me a £5 voucher off my next order. My order took 5 days to arrive, which considering they had to order the paint is very good. I would shop with them again and recommend to others.

I found Tool-Net after searching for Cuprinol fence paint. They offered the best price so I placed the order. Paying by PayPal made the process very easy and six 5 litre containers arrived very promptly. I am happy to recommend this company.

I ordered a Fein Dust Extractor and I have no problem with the product, it is as good a quality as you would expect from this brand. Sadly, the buying experience left me feeling I had made a mistake choosing this seller. I placed the order using their website without any problems, there was nothing ambiguous or unclear about the pricing or delivery costs and the product was shown to be in stock and ready for despatch. The first problem was when customer services contacted me and informed me I had not paid enough money for delivery. I had only one option for delivery and that covered a delivery weight of up to 30Kg so selected the only option I could (the product actually weighs 9Kg without packaging). They informed me that this was because the product had a higher delivery cost due to it having a volumetric weight of 39Kg. I explained that I was not aware of what volumetric weight was and had chosen the only option available to me. I declined to pay the extra £4.37 (on a £260 order) for the extra volumetric weight that they required as this would have made the overall purchase price more expensive than another supplier. Customer services then agreed to waive this additional cost but I was given the impression from the words used that there was reluctance to do this on their part as far as they were concerned it was my fault. Bear in mind I had only one option to choose. Then the second problem. Ironically having just got the first delivery problem resolved, they could not deliver the product anyway as they did not have one in stock (despite it clearly being shown in stock). There then followed a 5 day wait for restocking before it was eventually despatched. The Fein Extractor is really good but I am left with that impression from Customer Services that the delivery charge under payment was my fault and this is what I will remember.
