United Kingdom | 13 July 2009Typical story - Ordered some tools, the ordered was cancelled (after they took my money) and then my account was deleted. I looked up their address and found an alternative phone number and was put through to someone who explained that they had gone bust and that an email was on its way to explain how I could claim my money. Just one question though - how are they still trading??

United Kingdom | 10 July 2009I ordered a ladder. After 2 weeks I logged in to my account on Tool-net web site to find out the order was cancelled. Tried to contact Tool-net by phone and e-mail but no response. My account has now been deleted. Payment taken and Credit Card company has been alerted.

United Kingdom | 04 July 2009DO NOT buy from this company , they took the payment from me when i logged in to check order status the order was cancelled email them no reply, phoned 27 times in one day no reply , when i tried to log in again account was deleted , credit card company now trying to recover money

United Kingdom | 17 June 2009placed an order with them, which they took money straight away. goods did not turn up on expected date, tried to phone and email , no luck !finaly get to speak to someone and told the tools were out of stock, but they would be in the next week. so i waited , no tools. each time i rang got the same answer. so i canceled the order and was told the money would be refunded, 3weeks later still waiting. Now credit card company trying to get refund.

United Kingdom | 13 May 2009I have been unable to contact them. They will not answer the phone or emails but are quick enough to take my money. 3-5 day delivery?? I placed my order on 4th May and havn't heard a thing. I am not happy!
